  1. Well, sounds like Hero is evil: If he has a role that changes his view for scanners, chances are he's evil or neutral, but probably not neutral b/c we already have one (jon) So, in this instance we should lynch him If he was a scholar, then got his alignment switched, it means that he is now evil or neutral, but why would neutral have a conversion ability? End result: he's evil, lynch him. There is only one way that I see that he is not, and that is that Eternum is lying. I also find it suspicious that "I was willing to try and lynch you, and see how everything panned out." This sounds to me like an elim-y train of thought, and it's not helped by the fact that they may have been caught in a lie. For now, Eternum, Hero. If hero can explain, however, eternum is looking like an elim to me
  2. I will also back up the fact that the Scholar's passive ability is that their vote cannot be changed.
  3. If you wouldn't mind, I'd like to have some explanation beyond "a bad feeling." And, while we're at it, I am also a Scholar, and allied with Kharbranth Citizens. Assuming that the roles are respective to the names in terms of order, I would think that Stink would be the most likely elim. A Politician is a very logical ability for an elim, since they could cancel a vote on themselves or an elim buddy, and a corrupt politician makes sense. However, this is all just speculation. So, I will vote Eternum for now, in an attempt to get a real reason for voting me. @Eternum
  4. Oh my bad. It didn't make too much sense, either, since ecth was village. thanks for clearing that up
  5. I have yet to hear anything from @Elenion, but that could just be them being busy. Can someone check if either kill last cycle was an inactive? That could have been Ecth's move, and would explain the mystery death
  6. Welp, seems like Ecth is the one to die. I personally don't agree w/ lynching an inactive, but there's no other lynch candidate. (Jon by the way).
  7. That I did, and no, I am not infected (yet)
  8. That actually raises a point that I did not consider: I already have the hiccuping disease. I was working under the assumption that it was only if this was my final vote would I get the hiccups. @Elenion care to specify? (or not, b/c it is a blackout game). I still don't understand the logic behind a lynch on Ecth, so would someone like to explain?
  9. Just a quick note, I would say that perhaps lynching @Jondesu would be a good move to stop them from winning. Maybe it's just my paranoia, but I am concerned that perhaps their wincon being completed would end the game, and their decision was to play it off like they're a neutral to avoid us trying to eliminate them. Then again, this is primarily b/c ecth is only a lynch target b/c no one else is suspicoius and they are inactive, and I'm not sure that is a good reason. So ... Jondesu
  10. They won b/c somehow all of the protoradiants died, so I'm not sure what you're asking
  11. 10 mins left in cycle, definately not going to get something up this cycle, but very early next cycle will be full analysis
  12. Hello everyone, I'm not dead. IRL stuff had me super busy this cycle, and that is why I was so inactive. As it is, I apreciate the fact that no one voted for me, I am going to read back through the cycle, and maybe get something up (b/c 50 mins is not a lot of time), but if not then I will definately have something next cycle.
  13. Fith. Very good points, and I understand the idea that a D1 lynch is usually a good thing. However, I do not see any other good targets, and don't have time rn to analyse things super in-depth. Any thoughts (and this is open to anyone) on who could be an elim?
  14. Thanks for pointing that out, steel. Elenion. Fith because of what I said earlier
  15. Hmmmmm... My initial read off of that is an elim trying to get village to lynch people so the elims job is easier. For now tho, I will stick w/ killing the GM
  16. Good point w/ the GM probably not being Elim, but I would be down for testing it. Elenion.
  17. Will prob edit a real RP in later Chouta = trust, especially when I dip my role innit. Check PM's, friend
  18. Sigh Why is Everyone voting Drought?! So anyway, hello everone. My first blackout game, so I don't know what I'm doing I have a roll. I will not reveal anything else until someone earns my trust. Don't kill me
  19. I would also be up for starting sooner rather than later, but I took physics last year and didn't do good so it sounds like we will have to wait Get off 17th and go study for your test:P
  20. Well, here's one signee who is definately Not a veteran. Second game, first w/out any known rules, lets go!
  21. Tried to do an analysis to explain why I don't trust Drought, but it's just not happening tonight. Sorry. I am still sticking w/ Drought, tho; and will have good analysis up later if you let me live. Devotary: there is nothing wrong w/ your analysis, tho I'm not sure how you're proving your point. I still don't know who any of the captains are, and have no idea why I was targeted twice. The only way to defend myself is just to clarify that, and I understand your logic. I am not an Elim, and I will have good analysis tomorrow so let me live at least until then.
  22. Well, crap. I understand your reasoning, but only in hindsight. I am not used to having this many people play, and in my mind every villager is an important one. Your reasoning is well founded, and I don;t blame you for suspecting me. However, I maintain that I am not an elim, and that voting on me just kills yet another villager. As of now, I am still voting for Drought b/c I have distrusted him for a while now, but I am definitely open to suggestions.
  23. I said 90% because I couldn't be sure he wasn't an elim that was lying to me. I was trying to protect him because I suspected (he had roleclaimed) him to be village, and I didn't have a good read on anyone else w/ a role, so keeping a village alive would be super important
