Toucan has been avoiding Tuatara’s question for awhile now. Are they hiding information Gren, maybe? Or are they secretly an Odium sympathizer? Either way, I don’t like the way their posts have been phrased.

As Jonan had woken up during the middle of the night because of a bad dream and instinctively reached out to pet Gren...except she wasn't there. Oh, he thought to himself, that's right. Instead of letting himself get upset over his missing axehound again, he went back to sleep. He woke up the next morning to shouts and panicked movement. A passing squire shook him fully awake, and he pushed the woman away. "I know, I know, just give me a moment." As he stood up, he felt a sharp pain in his side from where the men who kidnapped his axehound had hit him that fateful night. The only clue he had to figure out who they were (for they had snuck up on him and he never had a chance to see their faces) was that he was pretty sure whoever hit him had used a club of some kind. As much as it pained him to not be searching for Gren, he followed the crowd of people to see what all the fuss was about. When he arrived to the scene, he was surprised to see Naihar had been killed. And there were whispers of him working for Odium...and the possibility that more of them were traitors too. As if this couldn't get worse, he thought to himself. ~ Okay, so no one's done any analysis yet and we're just over 7 hours into the cycle already. With 24 players in the game, I'd suspect that there are at least 5 elims, though I wouldn't be surprised if there were 6. There's probably at least one Dustbringer, which would balance out the 6th elim, and with the possibility of a second (or even third) Dustbringer via the Worldhopper, that's a lot of (probably) village kills for the elims to worry about. I'd expect at least one of each of the Radiants, with maybe a couple duplicates. I'm not sure what would be duplicated, though I doubt there are two Dustbringers. There's probably at least two Windrunners. Anyway, that's all I got right now.

Maybe it’s just me, but this post feels really, really weird. I made the mistake of voting for Amethyst for the same vote related machine they mention, which makes me think that a strategy the elims are employing is to try and set up lynches via vote manip. I’m going to go ahead and vote for Ivory . I looked through the rest of their posts this game, and several of them also give me a similar vibe. Like I said in a above post, I don’t really have any actual game info, so this gut read is likely the closest I’m going to be able to come to a more informed vote.

I've got nothing. I'm not in any pms, and I have nothing I can capitalize on role wise to help the village. The primary thing that I am concerned about at the moment is the fact that we still do not know why there is a requirement for this game to be blackout. Maybe some people who are actually talking are aware, but I still have no idea how this is anything other than a normal game. What I know game wise: We had a relatively powerful kill role, so likely we lack any other method to kill elims besides the lynch. There is some kind of mechanic built around the art. I would assume it's related to forgery, but some people have the ability to either pass, or create art. We are getting destroyed by the elims. We have essentially no leads, which makes me think that they could be hiding among either the rather more active, or the least. This is partially what lead to my support in the Scorpion Lynch. It's pretty likely the elims have some kind of vote manip, and they may be setting up lynches based on that. And that's about it. I don't really have anything worth saying besides that.

Just check @Amethyst Scorpion’s account, and they’ve logged on 12 hours ago. Their lack of posting therefore is enough to get a vote from me. Amethyst

Agreed. Pokes definitely become less effective with anon accounts. Random role theorizing idea, based on pure and utter speculation: We know that this game does have a more traditional elims vs. vill set up, but we do not know why this game needs to be anon. This is my speculation as to why. I’m guessing that both sides have access to forgers. Forgers (I’m guessing) have the ability to forge people, both themselves and others. They can change the identities of people, forging them into new accounts or roles that give them access to new abilities. They may start with a limited amount of soulstone (I have no idea if that’s the right name. Whatever they use to make soulstamps), and the level of forgery requires more or less.

Hey guys! Sorry for the lack of posting, for some reason I thought this game started tomorrow, and I missed the pm. Nope, I have no idea! Maybe there’s 3 elims, 2 Neutral and the rest Village? I honestly have no idea.

Quick Fix Game 36/Anonymous Game 5: Dream Thieves
Magenta Albatross replied to Steeldancer's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Who knew albatrosses enjoyed bananas? Mag didn’t. But when she met the Magenta Albatross, she learned that golden bananas were their favorite. They even sent them in the mail. Why? No one knew. Pinecones were sleeping she guessed. -

Amythest Scorpion, YOU are tonight's winner on "Who does RNGeebus want to kill" -
Well then, at a guess the new faction about to win will be the stewards, given that their win-con apparently had something to do with worlds. That means that they weren't among those that previously where about to win.

Well then, there goes that theory. As far as I can tell there isn't room for another faction either, so one of the utility company, Hidden garden, Joe cloud or stewards is lying about not being in position to complete their win-con yet.

Wait wait wait wait. What if, by virtue of being alive, Survival is about to win because someone else is about to win? @A Joe in the Bush, @Seonid, would a faction with a pure survival win-con count as 'being about to win' the moment another faction is about to win and be listed as such?

I'll be using a lot of 'we's' in this post, but the other survivors in my faction mostly haven't expressed very strong opinions, so maybe they all heavily disagree with me (I don't think so though). If so, I'll be sure to let you know As many have figured, Glados is indeed one of the factions with the potential to win this turn. However, I don't mind it if more than one faction wins, as long as we're among those winning. If we get confirmation that Joe Cloud is the other faction that could win, or alternatively the other faction poised to win claims and commits to delaying for a cycle, we're quite willing to wait till the end of next cycle to try to win if people leave us alone for this cycle(and pass on a little tidbit of info next day-cycle). If necessary we might also be willing to give other factions a hand if they need it (Another faction suggested a way they could win next cycle if they had two other factions cooperate a bit, for example). From an RP/storyline perspective an actually peaceful end between the remaining factions after the deaths of the agitators (Hoid and Khriss) sounds like a pretty nice way to end this cycle of games. So in short, we'd be okay with a multi-win ending, and abstaining from trying to win this cycle, provided we know who else is on the cups of winning and them making a similar commitment. I don't mind winning with everyone, just as long as we don't lose. edit: @Onyx Flamingo, I've seen a claim about your factions win-con that could be compatible with quite a few others, and could be done by the end of next cycle. Is there anything you or a faction-mate would like to reveal?

@Quartz Zebra/other stewards, would you be willing to state your exact win-con? Because if your claim is true, we've been looking in completely the wrong direction so far. However, at the moment I'm still undecided on whether what you're saying is true. For example, you missing penguin N3 could have been due to any number of factors, including inactivity, or someone interfering with endowment.

What did I miss? The only thing I saw is that maybe the Joe cloud has endowment because Hyena mentioned people asking them to ask Endowment to resurrect them, but that's about it. Edit: I agree about the '5' theme though, I've seen it pop up a couple of times as well.

Tuatara, if you want, let's take a look at what we know about those on the cups of winning. One of the factions is almost certainly the faction with Endowment, but I personally have no clue which faction that is, so for all I know it is in fact the joe cloud. I do feel comfortable saying that killing one of the returned will not help with stopping them. The reason for this is that the returned have an ability that actively results in their deaths, so any wincon focused on keeping them alive would be very tricky if you can't control them. it also wouldn't make sense with the fluff, as Returned are brought back for a purpose that generally ends up killing them again, not to stay alive forever. So, what would it take to stop the Returners faction? Short term, keeping Endowment role-blocked so they can't bring back one of Khriss or Hoid and finish their win-con. Long-term either the entire destruction of their faction, or the shattering of Endowment. This seems to be pretty difficult to do, however, as we don't know which faction it is. I think the Joe cloud claimed to have preservation in addition to ambition. the Hidden garden has claimed Odium (though they lost it) and Cultivation. Glados has claimed Ruin and Devotion. The utility company had Autonomy and one other, so it could be them. That leaves the stewards and possibly one more faction we know nothing about. So, one of these factions, covering about 10 players between them, has a single player that needs to be locked down. However, we do know that whoever it is is at least somewhat active, as they've been submitting their actions to return people. So, what's your suggestion for finding this one person? And do you know who the other faction that's about to win is?

Tuatara. No, they've not been protected by Devotion or anything. We already tagged their faction all the way back during N2 anyway. Edit: also, might I give my congratulations to the faction returning people for their imminent victory? Since I've got no clue which one you are, you've played a pretty good game.

Since whatever's being coordinated has been enough for Iguana to retract my vote, I'll do likewise (tuatara). I don't have any particular preference for who to lynch, but I would note that mouse hasn't removed their vote on Toucan yet. Though I would be willing to lynch Toucan if I get evidence that they are not Neutral, I once again believe his claim, and lynching him because of being Neutral and having a survival wincon seems odd (nevermind the fact that I'm 85% certain Toucan would survive a lynch).

@Sunburst Toucan, I just got confirmation about one way you could still be survival and neutral despite what happened (and yes, we checked whether solo Neutrals would count when you claimed D1). If possible, I wouldn't mind a PM with you at a later point to confirm that you did what I think you did. For now my suspicion of you is toned down again, and I'm voting for Tuatara. Though I doubt Odium will ever find its way back to the garden, I think a faction with 3 shards should either lose one of those shards, or take a big enough hit to their action economy that they can't properly leverage the big advantage of having 3 shards.
