    *Dyring vigorously cleans a dirty glass* Basically, you should be comfortable killing anyone until they give you a good reason not to. Early on I think you need to provide more justification to abstain from voting on a player than you do to place a vote on them.

    I feel like this post misses the whole “guilty until proven innocent” thing we have going on here. As the day progressed into afternoon, more of the residents and visitors in Tyrian Falls occasioned Dyring’s Inn, which gave Dyring plenty chance to get a feel for the mood of the townsfolk. As of yet, except for his push against the unruly “game show host”, Dyring hadn’t really spoken his thoughts. Unfortunately, there was just too much cleaning to do, and as of yet, nobody had taken up his offer of work. He figured that would change come nightfall, when the visiting folks realized they were hungry and lacking a bed. In the meantime, Dyring did his best to keep the stack of dishes from taking over the sink, and the thirsty customers from taking over his common room.

    You're right. I should definitely not try and persuade anyone to see my point of view, but instead should just make my poke vote and then leave. .

    Dyring slid the coins from the countertop, watching as Pendel left the inn. An odd man, that fellow, coming to a bar and ordering milk. But in light of recent events, a bit of oddness was almost a relief. Koloss were coming to Tyrian Falls, and Dyring had small hope for their survival, given the presence of saboteurs in the town. Suddenly, Dyring felt someone poke him on the shoulder. Distracted by his musings, he’d not noticed as a fellow approached the bar. Dyring looked up, and for the strangest moment got the impression that before him was an odd bird of some exotic color. He blinked a few times, and the impression vanished, though Dyring still couldn’t pin down the person’s features clearly. “Eh, sorry. I’ll have your order along shortly.” When activity in the inn had quieted down, Dyring took some time to clean up the common room. He winced at a mess left by one of the more enthusiastic drinkers, and did his best to scrub the floor of all the ash that had blown in. Dyring’s Inn was the cleanest establishment in town, but with all the new visitors, that reputation might be hard to uphold. Dyring pondered that for a while, then wrote up a notice and nailed it to the inn’s door. Help wanted. No prior experience required. Duties will include serving and cleaning. Free meals and bunk as compensation. All the while, Dyring had also been putting his mind to the task of working out who might be working to destroy the town’s defenses. There were plenty of folks figuring on how many saboteurs there might be, and what Allomancy powers the townsfolk might have. That was all ash in the wind as far as Dyring was concerned. The best place to start looking was at folks that were trying to look useful while not really helping. And in his mind, that award went to Turquoise Gorilla.

    Hello all, I've come to discuss the matter. Bear with me, I'm not good with words. This isn't in response to anyone. I don't view what Dingo did as right. I am very against blackmailing players in any fashion. But I also don't view killing Dingo for it as right. The whole thing brought up by Gorilla is that these games are about fun, and we should be making it fun for all. Dingo, by attempting to blackmail the neutrals, was not doing this. But, by killing Dingo now, the game has suddenly become unfun for Dingo. More so, one could argue, than what Dingo could muster, because even Ruin can't outright remove someone from play. And I won't participate in that. It's my opinion that a successive train of disagreement is enough of a statement- for anything else, the mods are the ones who should handle it. Secondly, and perhaps less important and a more in-game reason: I feel bad for Preservation. They used their one-time ability at a strategic time that would give us an extra exe so we could get ahead of the game, and we use it to kill the one confirmed villager we have. Again- I don't disagree with a statement about Dingo, but I doubt killing him is the best solution. These are why I am not participating in killing Dingo. I want to make these games as fun for as many people as possible, and I don't think killing Dingo is the way to do it. I'm not trying to change anyone's mind, I'm just stating my own mind. My vote remains on Octopus.
