  1. It was so horrendous that the mere mention of it could destroy worlds.
  2. It wouldn't be particularly ironic if TLPW overtook TLT. In fact, it would be more ironic if TLPW never overtook TLT, given just how easy it is to spam.
  3. Why dost it amuse you to spread lies? Dost thou have something against TLT?
  4. In what way does it not fit? Also, if you're going to argue against it please tell me why it would be harmful to the game. We have the power to interpret the rules in a way that produces the best outcome.
  5. Aridith raised an eyebrow. "You know more than I thought you would. In fact... ah, yes, I see you have met this Jared. And his sister as well. Interesting." He waved his hand. "But unrelated to the matter at hand- which is, of course, your parents."
  6. The blue holed glances at the food. Through his power, he knows that the food is safe to eat. He hands it to the king, who takes a bite, chews, and swallows. "Tell me," he says at last, "What do you know of your parents?"
  7. Gah, that's unfortunate. Would've been good to know that last turn. In that case, the second proposed rule change is an amendment to rule 201. Rule 303. Players shall alternate in clockwise order, taking one whole turn apiece. All players begin with zero points, and their total score can never drop below zero. In mail and computer games, players shall alternate in numerical order by member number. If 24 hours elapse without a post from a player on their turn, (and a vote is not currently in progress) their turn may be declared over. If a player goes two turns (of their own) without posting, they will be considered inactive until they post again. Inactives are not considered players for the duration of their inactivity (i.e. no vote, no turn); however, any stats (e.g. points, turn order) will be restored upon reinstatement of their player status. Players that do not post within 24 hours of a vote beginning will be rendered inactive for the duration of that vote, or until they post. And the third will be a proposal to repeal 204. I'm counting on you to implement the contracts rule, though! I won't start the votes yet, however, as I think it would be best to wait for the current vote to finish. @The Last Post has yet to respond to any of the proposals, and I'd like to hear his thoughts. In addition- @Danex @The_Truthwatcher @Gears- your thoughts on the updated proposals?
  8. The orange holed stepped up to the door to the royal hall and opened it. Revealed inside was a spherical white room, entirely clear of all decoration save a single chair in the middle crafted of wrought iron snakes. Sitting on the chair was a holed with scales as black as a starless night. Flanking him were two lines of holed in the colors orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Oddly enough, there were no reds. Santonio stood slightly in front and off to the side. The holed that had led them in took her place in one of the lines. All ten holed stared at the incoming Fellowship in a decidedly disconcerting way. At last, Aridith spoke. "Greetings, travelers." He didn't sound evil. "I see that none of you wished to desert your companion?"
  9. @Negative_Null Steadily and surely, the group made its way across the magical bridge. The orange holed in front walked a pace so quick that one almost had to run to keep up with her. And given that there were no railings between the group and the hundred-foot-plus drop to the bottom of the chamber, running wasn't exactly a desirable option. Despite the danger, there were no mishaps on the journey. "Don't worry," said Elaine. "You're honored guests- he can't kill you." Her voice, however, was less confident.
  10. "Pretty much," said the yellow. "Try to stop him from taking whatever it is, if you can- but don't challenge him directly. Your new trinket won't protect you against him." "You need to go now," said the blue abruptly. "We'll keep in contact." With that, the vision dissolved. "Not much longer," said Jaxevist, pointing outwards. "Look, there's the bridge." And indeed, a familiar bright green bridge was extending outwards towards where the group was standing. It stretched out to the edge of the opening and stopped, ready for passage. With a flash of black light, an orange holed appeared. "The King will see you now," she said simply. "Make your way down the bridge towards his royal hall."
