So ya know how you’re always more creative in the shower? Well I just had a Taravangian-on-the-day-of-the-Diagram level of creativity while showering. I got out and immediately wrote this. I have no idea where it’s going, but BOY HOWDY is that a good opening.
SpoilerWe didn’t set out to change the multiverse. We didn’t even want to change a single world, no, the thing we wanted to change was ourselves.
Of course, these things never really go as planned, do they?
The scholars called it CES-4114X.
The poets called it the God Compound.
The unlucky called it Death.
And I? I call it a mistake.
