I just watched an amazing Netflix documentary called “The Social Dilemma” and it honestly changed my entire perspective of the internet. It’s a bunch of interviews with people who worked in Silicon Valley during the early stage of the internet and social media, people like the founder of Pinterest, and the engineer who invented the concept of the “like” button. All these people have since left those jobs, and are instead fighting against the economic business model of these huge tech companies that they used to work for. 

It is an amazing documentary, and I don’t just think that you should watch it, I think that you need to watch it. It covers a conversation that not enough people are having, but it’s one that definitely needs to be had.
