I have just started The great hunt. I've really enjoyed the eye of the world, and even though some of my friends warned me that some of the characters are really awful and boring, so far I haven't noticed anyone who'll fit that description. I really hope it stays that way...

You know you're a Sanderfan when you want to read an epic 14 book long series only because he wrote its last three books.

I've started reading the Farseer trilogy, and finshed The Assassin's apprentice and I really enjoyed it, so now I'm waiting to get back home so I can take the rest of the books. I hope to finish all of the Robin Hobb books until Oathvember. Hopefully I will, but I won't get my hopes up because I'm not a really fast reader. After that, I think I'll probably start the wheel of time, wich I've wanted too for a while now, it's just kinda tough for me to find all of its books...

I agree. I never really liked Eshonai. That's a very nice theory. Is it based on the speculation that the "one of them is a traitor" epigraph referrs to the Unmade?

Okay, so here are some questions I had. Being new here, I don't know if these have already been answered. Please let me know. ~ Can multiple people tap/store simultaneously on an unkeyed metalmind? ~ Would compounding grant a burst of power with every metal? ~ When a Feruchemist taps something like wieght, we now that something sort of makes him stronger so he can hold himslef up. Does this also happen when an iron compounder burns his metalmind allomanticly? ~ Can Parshendi become radiants? ~ Can a human bond with a spren of Odium? If so, what will it do? ~ Can a Drab/Awakener become Returned? ~ Can a vessel splinter his own shard? Will he survive it? ~ If left alone, will the shards try to reconnect? ~ Does Hoid have an hemallurgic spike? (I now read a WoB saying he does not.)

There are a ton of parts that bring me tears of joy in Sanderson's books, and the thing with it, it's even worse for me on rereads even though I already know what's going to happen...

So, I've seen a lot of theories here about Eshonai becoming a KR, and it got me thinking if that's even possible. On my most recent reread of WoR, I saw that Syl tells Kaladin that Parshendi can't become surgebinders (chapter 44). So how do all you theorists explain this part? I would normally think that surgebinding is pretty important to be a KR. Could She perhaps be wrong about this/misleading Kaladin?

Before SH in AU, there is a note saying that the story contains spoilers for BoM. So I think it mostly proves that it os Kelsier there, otherwise I can't see what spoiler it's warning against.

We know that in the Cosmere, the way someone describes something doesn't necessarily mean that it's that exact thing. For example, we know from a WoB (I have now idea how to post one, so if someone can add it...) that on Roshar the people referred to any kind of bird simply as 'chicken'. So it can be that though they are calling it fruit, it is actually something else like Windrunner said.

I don't think there really was a danger. Taravangian does not kill every singel person that enters his hospitals. The ones that are in critical conditions, they are moved to another facility where their blood is drained and they could never leave even if they heal. But that is not the case with all of his regular hospitals. Try rereading the part where he goes there with Szeth.

Um, I didn't really get this. Does he say that the book is not going to be published as a single book, but as three?
