Just don't read 'Bear Snores On'. Horrible book compared to anything by Sanderson. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Sarah Evercomb sat down with relief after being called to Ravenclaw. Hogwarts was a huge shock after attending Ilvermorney for three years. Of course, she had learned a lot about Hogwarts over the summer, from books her parents had bought. But she did miss America. Why her dad had taken the job here, she did not know. And why where all these people on their phones? What was the point? Sarah didn't have a phone. She didn't want one either. While the sorting continued, Sarah took one of the many large books out of her bag and begun to read. Sarah liked informational books, she had read many over the summer, but definitely preferred Fantasy. Epic fantasy. Recently she had discovered a new author who's books she had fallen in love with. She was reading one of those at the moment. It was called Words of Radiance. She missed Ilvermorny. Her friends there had understood her. But now she was here, a tall thin girl with dark brown hair and brilliantly green eyes. She also wore glasses because she hadn't had time to put her contacts in after leaving the train. She was a fifth year even though it was her first year at Hogwarts. She stood out, dark hair tied back firmly in a ponytail, eyes sweeping back and forth on a page, and she looked oddly separate from everyone else. Even though Sarah was surround by other people, she wasn't laughing, or even talking with anyone else. Even at Ilvermorny, she had done the same thing. But she hadn't stood out. She had been surrounded by a group of friends doing the same thing.

This would be awesome. Could I join? If so, I'll be a 14 year old daughter of Athena who is trying to find her way to Camp Half- Blood by herself because she was separated from the Sayter that had found her.

That would be nice... My friend only read Steelheart and about the first five chapters of Firefight before giving up. (She's a Cosmere nerd). So I'd better not mention this to her though I'd really enjoy it. (I'm (if it's even possible) a bigger Cosmere fan than her, but I've enjoyed all of Sanderson's books that I have read so far).

Well, now I've read Edgedancer, (previously I didn't even know it existed) and I am more active in the shard, and have done more with my Sanderson related part of life. (I have that whole exchange in my signature). Any scene with Hoid So, those are my favorite scenes just off the top of my head.

I can't tell if you are serious about this, or joking, or sort of half and half. 'Cause it half seems like something Lift would do... Sorry for the double post. I posted the first one before I saw this, and you can't put quotes in posts you are editing. (At least not in any way I know about).

This is usually me. I'm not for a love triangle, but I'm also not against it. But Sanderson is very good at putting realistic romance in his book, but keeping it from interfering from the plot to much. Yes, I agree with this as well. This is not what I want to happen, or what I don't want to happen, they're just my thoughts.

I have no idea if this has been mentioned before, but I think there will be a not necessarily awkward love triangle. I think it will end up which Shallan and Adolin, with Kaladin as a close friend to both, but it might start as a sort of stare- down, with Shallan being Shallan, and in the end Kaladin choosing to... How do I word this? Give his life 100℅ to the Knights, instead of having the distractions of love.

Funny. I've never heard Wyndle threatening to bite Lift...
