  1. I started Mistborn TFE a few months back. Read a few pages, stopped. A few weeks later, I tried again. For some reason I couldn't get into it. Then one day I got through a the first two chapters... then the dam broke. I ate that book alive. Once you get into the universe, it never lets you go.
  2. Fantasy at its base, moving into science fantasy.
  3. Fingers crossed for Cercei to win it all. :3
  4. A lot of people have said they're dissapointed with Season 4, I've really enjoyed it so far. Much better than S3 IMO.
  5. I think it's a great title, makes me want to know what the story's going to be. It might seem to be referring to Luke, but maybe it's referring to Rey?
  6. It's as good as people say. Possibly the best fantasy novel this side of 2000. But, it's also true that the third book in the Kingkiller series may take another ten years. Reader beware.
  7. People who agree to watch movies with you but DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE MOVIE. >_> Boils my blood.
  8. I'm going to go with "Friends On The Other Side" by Dr. Facilier in The Princess and the Frog. Mediocre movie, but I enjoyed the villain (and his song) a ton.
  9. Hi there Kaymyth! I haven't read any of your prior work (I'm a newbie around these parts) but I can say I very much liked this bit of flash fiction. The stream-of-consciousness style of writing you have is what sells it, and it's impressive that something produced as quickly as you say reads as polished as this does. I'd be interested in reading more for sure!
  10. <<<< That's me!
  11. How did it work out?
  12. As long as I live, I will never understand Pokemon Go xD
  13. Brandon has a cloning machine, confirmed.
  14. It wasn't bad, but I felt like the songs were a bit forgettable and sometimes random. The ending was jarring for me to, since Moana fixes their paradise island, but then they immediately decided to leave it? The whole reason their ancestors settled there was because it was so perfect!
  15. Rogue One was exactly what I expected. A fun popcorn flick with some good visuals. It wasn't a masterpiece or anything, but I'll take it over Episodes 1, 2, and 3 any day of the week.
  16. "It was a bright cold day in April, and the clocks were striking thirteen." —George Orwell, 1984
  17. Hi guys and gals! I'm a huge Sanderson fan, but had some trouble with registering a while back and just resigned myself to lurking for a while. I got Warbreaker for Christmas (my friends know me very well) and it reminded me of these forums, so here I am!
  18. The show is excellent (even the dub's not bad), but the last season gets really silly.
  19. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is a masterpiece. I also enjoy Yu Yu Hakusho (very underrated in my opinion), Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z, Ruroni Kenshin, and FLCL.
