  1. TMW you accidently draw something really meaningful.
  2. @Darkness Ascendant the photos are really good. The comic was...kinda weird, I will admit, but still pretty cool.
  3. Oh, I just assumed it was reference. Well, my cousin has a friend who named her snake 'Noodle.'
  4. ...I don't get the reference?
  5. @Dragon314 some of those don't quite work, but that was funny neverless.
  6. *hug* I'm sorry to hear that. Your workplace seems to be really tough, so I really hope things get better soon.
  7. I'm a Misting. I wonder what type? Hope I'm not a gnat or something.
  8. @Darkness Ascendant those are really cool. I liked the tree one and 'The Mariner' especially. Even if I did look a little weird turning my computer on the side to read them.
  9. @Darkness Ascendant good to hear you're feeling better.
  10. Where can I view that stuff?
  11. Depends on why for me. If there aren't many characters, and it seems more like a coincidence and less of an exclusion, that's okay. I myself wrote a short story where the two main characters were male, for no real reason other than I wanted the main character (a little boy) to have someone who would be closer to him.
  12. Thanks for the hugs, everyone. ^-^
  13. So, before the holidays started, I did a maths test, and I got 69%. I'm going to redo it after the holidays (school starts next week on Wednesday), and I'm kinda stressing out over it. Hugs?
  14. @Sunbird Yeah, the ibisis are known as a pain. And yes, that's what our guinea fowl look like. I don't think they're local, though. They only appeared a few years back so we think they escaped off someone's property.
  15. Huh. Although we have them, ducks seem to be more common. And ibisis, which everyone hate. And guinea fowl, for some reason.
  16. @Dragon314 yeah, I realise that. I'm just saying there are (not too many) fandoms apart from Sanderson and WoT connected in such a way.
  17. Oh, okay. I've seen both red and white beaked birds before, although the white seems to be more common. That's cool.
  18. Huh, no wonder I didn't notice that. My content doesn't get many likes.
  19. @Sunbird those are very good birbs! Strangely enough, over here we have the bird that's on the right in the grebe picture: moorhens, I think they are?
  20. One: the feature that tells you it's someone's birthday is now below the 'who's online' thing. There's also a 'who was online' below that, which I think is new. You can also toggle the categories on the main page, but I can't tell if that's actually knew or I've never noticed it before.
  21. ...Is it bad I have no clue what this show is that you're all talking about?
  22. @Darkness Ascendant ...I'm asuming by 'magic' they mean belief...either that, or you may have stumbled into the secrect magical world that lies hidden inside our world and has been documented in a thousand slightly different ways by different books.
  23. Going on with what Twi said, we do seem to be...I'm not sure if nicer is the right word, but we don't seem to argue too much. We have disscussions, yeah, but they seem to be polite. A friend of mine looked at some of this place over my shoulder and was surprised at our eloquence. Another thing I think is interesting is the ages...most fandoms seem to have a definite age group, and although it might be stretched a little, it can still be defined. But, possibly because of the books being for slightly different age groups, we seem to have people of all different ages. We have teenagers, people who are still in school, but also people who are older. Um, although the wording isn't very clear, there are some fandoms that are connected for various reasons. Not sure if you would call it ownership, but especially on collaborative works there's a certain amount of partnership between the fandom of the collaborative work, and each of the author's 'original' fandom.
