  1. If money was an incentive then the forum would probably have ads by now.
  2. Looking forward to the repository. Side note that I'm happy to see Django supports Python 3.
  3. What language is it being written in?
  4. I really appreciate the graphics and write up, can't wait to take another look tomorrow.
  5. If you need more development help I would be interesting in participating. I'm a Web Developer.
  6. Thanks! I'll try not to take the cookies. None of them read fantasy unfortunately I tried to get my little brother to read some fantasy (Dresden Files) and it came back fairly damaged :/
  7. Hey guys, I've posted a couple of replies on here and figured I might as well make a intro post. I've read most of the Cosmere books (+ Rithmatist, The Reckoners) and tend to read only fantasy/sci-fi for the last several years. I only just got around to reading most of the novellas (except Secret History!) after the Arcanum Unbounded came out. I have been browsing the Cosmere and book-specific subreddits and thought I would check out this site, honestly I haven't been on a normal forum in *years* but used to frequent (and have setup/managed) several. I am a Software Developer living in New Zealand and don't know anyone who reads these books in person.
  8. As a developer reading this, apps take a lot of time and effort (not to mention money) to make. There's also permission to gain from Sanderson and his people. I support the idea of an app that integrates with Sanderson's website, maybe hooking into his twitter feed and appearance schedule but don't really see the benefit of the forum integration. It would require the largest development effort because there is a lot of functionality that goes into these forums, especially when the mobile site is so nice (I'm typing on it now!) edit: the whole payment side of things complicated the whole thing a *ton* and probably best left out of this.

    Why's that?

    Captcha

I'd say leave it on, extra layer keeping away the spam ads

    Captcha

Those captcha's come from CloudFlare, a service that this website seems to be using. It's purpose is to prevent robots (e.g. in a DDOS attack) from hitting the website. That captcha is more likely when you're on a public WiFi or using a VPN. Nothing to worry about.
