  1. Shae blinked, then chuckled at the sight. "Got it... you like fish. I'll have to get them for you more often... I wonder if the high priest would allow us to go and visit the ocean for a few days sometime? That would be a sight I'd like to see." He smiled, eating his own food happily.
  2. Shae snorted. "Oh, yes, I refused your raw rabbit on principle but plan on eating these perfectly raw fish while making you watch me do so. That sounds entirely like me." He rolled his eyes, holding one out. "You do like fish... don't you?" He hoped so, otherwise he actually would've to eat these fish raw, and that would be... less than preferable.
  3. Shae hesitated, looking at him. He'd talk to him once he had food, for now, he didn't mind- but he knew it would get on his nerves sooner rather than later, and he didn't want that. He grabbed food, and managed to swipe a few raw fish when no one was looking, then began heading back to where Dan was sitting, smiling and sitting across from him.
  4. Shae blushed. "True enough... I guess... not that I'm complaining." He followed Dan into the building, glad he hadn't had to tell Dan the actual reason behind why he'd been staring. He heard and felt his stomach gurgle as he smelled the food in the cafeteria, and immediately pondered his next project. He'd been inspired by... recent events... to try something new. He was going to do some research into the divine ones, and then he'd learn about their love-lives. That would make one stunning painting when he was finished...
  5. Shae looked up at him, raising an eyebrow. "Well... you sure are getting familiar, aren't you?" He chuckled, smiling. There might be a time when he didn't want anyone touching him, but right now wasn't then. He didn't really care. "I wonder what's for breakfast?"
  6. Shae blinked. "Oh... um, no? And you weren't being disgusting- I mean... I guess you were, but... I wasn't staring because of that..."He bit his lip, looking around. "S-so... would you go with me to the cafeteria? No getting drunk this time though..."
  7. Shae blinked, watching him. "Well... Thank you." He made himself smile, slowly getting used to the bloody manner of consumption this race showed to lean towards, and found it wasn't as hard as he'd thought it'd be. "How long did it take you to figure that out?"
  8. Shae blinked, nodding and then doing as he'd been told. He watched as Dan flew, then dove and managed to perfectly catch himself, snatching a rabbit before killing it with a savage brutality. Then the man cam e back and offered him the rabbit. He didn't know exactly what to think about it all, but he knew that he had a wild beast of a man on his hands, and he wasn't sure who would end up taming who. He took the rabbit speechlessly, just staring at Dan. He felt awe and a kind of glory in having been allowed to watch what he'd seen- pride, perhaps, was a better word, but it wasn't quite amazed or impressed enough. Awe came closer, but still wasn't right. Regardless of what he'd felt, he knew he was blushing, and- despite the blood now on the man- part of him wanted to kiss him again. Then his mind reminded him of the many meanings of the words 'beast' and 'dog' when it came to men. He was just glad Dan wasn't part horse or rabbit- that would've made the already embarrassing thoughts that he viciously murdered in his head all the more embarrassing. "Wow..." It was about all he could get out at the moment.
  9. Shae blushed at the comment, but was also left confused. "I-I... is that a story from your own home world?" He bit his lip, not sure entirely about his feelings on the princess comment. He knew at the very least that he didn't hate it, since it came from Dan. He shook his head to clear it. "Nevermind... um... dog-hawk hunt? Sure... I guess it isn't any stranger than watching you eat something raw..." Which he'd already did and rationalized by the simple logic that since he was part dog and dogs ate raw meat, it must be one of the dog bits he'd inherited.
  10. Shae stared, then sighed. "This is my life now..." He decided that hey, what the heck? Might as well jump out the window too. Besides, he'd heard of this thing called parkour a few days ago from some students in his class and he wanted to learn it- it seemed like a rather interesting skill to have. He ran and jumped out of the window, knowing that Dan would catch him. And if he didn't, well... at least he'd have an overgrown puppy to lick his wounds for him.
  11. Shae blinked, then bit his lip as he looked down at Dan. "S-sure... I guess that would probably be helpful if I ever need to live off the land for whatever reason..." He felt like something had happened, and he wasn't sure what, but it made that fire in his chest burn like earlier, and he wondered what exactly his subconscious was recognizing. He suddenly had a very new, very interesting idea for a soul stamp he'd be spending the next year or so on. He had the first one that he knew contained an almost perfect history of his life, so he had a cheat sheet to make the next one a bit easier. Hopefully, at least...
  12. He blinked, blushing. "I... uh... s-sure. L-like what?" Well that sent his train of thought skittering... It should be illegal to be able to make someone forget everything just by hugging them. What really made him embarrassed, though, was just how far he had to crane his head back to look up at Dan. It exposed his neck and left him feeling smaller and more submissive than he normally did, and he recognized the fact that dogs often showed their necks to those they trusted or were submissive to. Dan's height made that a necessity for him, and that meant their spots had been designated since day one. Not that he minded, but it did leave him blushing agin. Part of him wondered what Dan saw in that- what his thoughts were about it. He was part dog after all...
  13. He whined, blushing and hiding his face against Dan's chest. That action left him silent, still, and with a blush that spread to his ears and neck. He didn't plan on that happening for a long while... most likely. Hopefully nothing happened the next time they got drunk... He swore right then and there that if something did happen while they were both drunk, he wouldn't blame Dan. That would just be mean, and completely unfair- alcohol, as he'd seen that one morning he'd been drunk, made people do stupid things and removed all filters; mental, physical, and emotional. To blame someone for acting on their desires in that state was like blaming someone who'd being affected by a soul stamp for not being perfectly the same as before. It was completely and totally inaccurate, and was just wrong. A person might have those impulses, but if he never acts on them then he should be praised for having self control until it was taken from him. Besides, knowing himself, he'd accidentally make Dan want to do it and then go along because he was curious. He almost hated that part of himself.
  14. Shae blinked, then blushed and let go, landing easily on his feet. "S-sure... Sorry." He cleared his throat, biting his lip nervously. "Y-you... can keep the painting... if you want..." He blushed a bright red again, deeply embarrassed.
  15. Shae let him, kissing back and closing his eyes. He didn't know what kissing was supposed to be like, but this made him feel all warm and shaky on the inside, and the blush on his face showed that he certainly wasn't upset with it- at least, not when compared to how the rest of him looked. Honestly, he was a full foot or so shorter than the man, he had to jump to get his face close to Dan's, and right now he was wrapped around the guy in what was practically a bear hug to keep himself high up enough for Dan to kiss him comfortably. It would look ridiculous to most, probably. But right now, he chose not to think at all, because Dan was a bit more attention consuming than he'd thought.
  16. He nodded, biting his lip. "I... I'd be grateful..." He was still blushing, and the fact that Dan was now entirely focused on him was the reason for his blush- it was like he'd entirely forgotten the painting that had made him drool just earlier. Maybe Shae would let him keep it... as long as he swore no other person would ever see it again... He glanced up and blinked. Dan's face was so close... it gave him that warm feeling from before. Was this love or lust? He was unfamiliar with both, so it just might be either...
  17. He blushed. "Um... Maybe? I don't know..." Time for the third punch, Shae hoped Dan took it well, "... boyfriend..." He blushed looking down at Dan's chest. He didn't know what would happen know, but the punch had been thrown- now it was up to Dan how he'd respond.
  18. He just focused on not making it awkward. When Dan wrapped his arm around him, he felt weird, but chose to focus on letting Dan take control of the kiss. At least he would know what exactly to do while kissing someone... He had no experience at all, and needed to learn from someone. Right now, that meant Dan, who was the only person Shae planned on kissing for the next while...
  19. Shae bit his lip, then chose to surprise both himself and Dan. He chose to throw his third punch, then his second shortly after. He leapt up while still blushing, fastened high enough to wrap his arms around Dan's neck and his legs around the mans waist before he kissed him- intentionally. He was still more red than a tomato. Third punch has been thrown, how would Dan respond? He hoped not violently... He had just ambushed him...
  20. Well, that was all he had wanted to see. His wishes were more important to Dan than the mans own raging hormones. That was good enough for him. "Could you come here please? I don't want to have to talk to you from across the room..." Maybe he wouldn't burn the painting... just make it look like he had and then hide it somewhere for Dan to find eventually. He certainly seemed to be enjoying it...
  21. He groaned. "Why did I agree to this?" He asked as if begging for an answer, and he partly was. Besides, if he could convince Dan to leave that stupid painting and his hormones behind for a second, then his second punch might actually be worth throwing- his third would happen regardless. "Please just... stop..." He whimpered, embarrassed beyond belief and trying to see what Dan focused on more.
  22. He whined. "I'm not that attractive..." He was just glad that Dan was feeling better now at the very least. He had one more part planned for this little pick-me-up show he had ready for Dan. He just needed to get over himself real quick and shove down his embarrassment.
  23. Shae whimpered, blushing and hiding his face, If the rest of him weren't already so red, one might not have been able to see his blush. He pointed with his elbow to a stamp and inkwell that rested on the desk, this one somewhat similar to the one that he'd given Dan. And it would have a similar effect, though a little more intensively. It would change to painting to better match the desires of whomever stamped it- and that had taken him so many hours of experimenting that he didn't know if he should be proud or horrified. Luckily it was as easy as if he'd simply been told the pose desired before he'd painted. Otherwise it might've been more difficult. Shae continued to blush deeply, crouching and hiding.
  24. Shae blushed, then stood, dusting himself off and pointing to the painting that was being covered by a canvas and faced away from the door, covered by canvas. "I-It's under that...."
  25. He bit his lip and almost whimpered from embarrassment, almost falling over as he tried to walk. "M-maybe we should just... fly there..."
