  1. The thought definitely crossed my mind but I figured it probably wasn’t legal. Would’ve been really fun though
  2. Self voting came in clutch for me in LG89 but I’d agree that self-voting when driven by emotion is generally just not great. Also I really wanted to leave some threatening memes in the IC doc for the elims to look at and tremble with fear. But sadly Szeth ruled against it when I asked because it could lead to ICs pretending to be each other which I guess would be misleading for the elims Since I specifically wanted to leave memes in there without saying a word indicating Anon Figment.
  3. Yeah, after JNV died and varvax stopped talking I took it as a sign to also not talk xD And I didn’t want to give away the remaining IC being someone who’s not inactive. Tbh after they killed you I just kinda assumed you were the fourth IC who never spoke in the doc because my mind just wouldn’t associate varvax with you ever, and so I was pretty confident about not being the last IC. Clearly I was wrong lmao. I was hoping varvax was maybe Bookwyrm or Hael or someone - my initial gut read was Kas, but once he started admitting to things like having suspected Fifth of being IC because Fifth would talk a lot in the doc, or having suspected Wiz of being in the doc for the same reason - this didn’t line up with the abandoned state of the actual IC doc so my conclusion was either he’s evil or just not IC. But the self vote C1 was the beginning of my doubts since that’s a questionable move for an IC member. So as much as I didn’t want to die, I wasn’t too worried as I always assumed varvax was alive, just decided to give everyone the silent treatment But good work elims! Your shots were very accurate. Thanks @Szeth_Pancakes!
  4. I do think the elim team in this game is essentially just village with extra steps and a kill, which means the game is naturally skewed in favour of the elims just from design - the elims also get to spy on the village IC doc and know who the other members of the elim team are. All the elims need to do is figure out the IC identities and avoid getting exe’d. Whereas an IC member has to avoid getting exe’d, figure out who all the other IC members are, ensure they don’t get exe’d, figure out who all the elims are, all while having a compromised doc and no PMs. The IC/elim ratio should’ve at least been 1:1, but the two factions having the exact same wincon with unequal advantages means the IC team should’ve ideally been slightly larger imo.
  5. 4 elims against 3 IC ;-; Even if they didn’t kill me today, our failure was guaranteed off that exe. No, our failure was guaranteed off that NK, we suffered for nothing </3 Devo I never expected you to be varvax, amazing disguise xD I immediately guessed JNV as Dione though I think the elims killed JNV for potentially being varvax? I thought me never using my winzik vote along with the knowledge of the inactive IC doc would get the elims to kill Almond/Insanity/TUN but uh. lol.
  6. why does Hael always have decently reasonable explanations to suspicious things ;-; Is he just too skilled at that? I really don't want to second guess things now but hjkhklkljhgf
  7. I’m sorta hoping for a simple Silvereye/Hael team too. Let the suffering end,,,
  8. Yes, but Hael was also attentively present at all EoDs, watching. The ties were broken in the literal last-minutes in C2, C3, C4 (thanks Mat). C1 was a case of wrong VCs, and iirc your last-minute vote was cast as a tiebreaker right?
  9. What are the chances every cycle Hael votes in a way that actively works towards ties (if not directly causing one)? Genuine question Wait im confused - Where are you getting this number from?
  10. True, but it’ll give the elims a nice pool of potential Winziks. Sure, winzik might use their role on players other than themself but they will definitely use it to save themself.
  11. Bhai I intended to, I legit accidentally fell asleep with my phone in my hand ._. Cuz there’s no way they don’t save themself- the village win hinges on their survival
  12. My argument is that tying villagers is a good elim strategy because if either of said villagers is winzik, they’ll probably reveal themself by utilising their role to save themself. I unvoted Dannex because bc Silvereye’s vote seemed too opportunistic. I may have had other reasons as well that I don’t recall
  13. @Kasimir my tinfoil theory kinda sorta banked on E!Nerdy being your teammate lol. Im actually very convinced of e!Hael right now. Let us exe Hael.
  14. I also wonder if the Mat kill can be attributed to our NKA from last cycle - the kill analysis suggested an active player on the elim team. The Mat kill is a deviation from the regular kill patterns (e.g. why not go after Almond?) so I can see e!Hael wanting us to shift focus away from the more active players. He did almost get exe’d last cycle.
  15. I’m on mobile idk how to get rid of this quote box Okay, I stole notes from Hael’s vote progression posts (thanks Hael): C1: Hael voted Dannex, tying Kas/Danex 4/4 votes each. I don’t know whether this vote count was the accurate one but according to what Hael posted in-thread at the time, his vote tied it. C2 (content in spoiler is quoted from Hael’s post): Again, Hael ties the votes between Nerdy and Silver. C3 (again, content in spoiler quotes Hael’s post): Hael ties Xino and Fifth. He had a vote on Nerdy prior but that’s not relevant C4 (Hael quoted in spoiler): Here, he doesn’t tie the votes but brings it close to a tie. Nerdy had 5 votes and Xino 3, so he votes Xino to bring it closer to a tie. It should also be noted that Hael never voted in the beginning of the cycles, but rather always in the second half. But perhaps that’s got to do with his timezone In conclusion. I now have reason to elim read Hael
  16. It was an impulsive idea Okay I guess I’m alright with TUN edit: Hm. This makes me wonder whether the elims deliberately tried to make ties happen - if winzik finds themself in a tie surely they would use their vote? And reveal themself? This is a good elim strategy. It might be worth looking at past votes with this in mind. Hold on.
  17. What if we…tied. Let RNG decide? Edit; NO BAD IDEA it might expose winzik
  18. And if they really did think Xino could’ve been the last of them, I think we can dismiss a four-player elim team. Because why would Szeth go with 4 elims vs 3 ICs. However it’s possible they didn’t think Xino was the last one, but rather just that he was Winzik. Edit: no, that wouldn’t explain why they couldn’t wait for him to get exe’d next cycle. They had to have been assuming he’s the last, or it was a gambit/mistake.
  19. I’ve noticed that I’m doing this, though I do think I called them Silver in our previous games together. What does it mean? It’s an arbitrary decision on my part. Silvereye sounds cooler. I did bring up another alternative: e!Hael or e!Whoever was in fact online at EoD and deliberately didn’t change the Xino kill because they thought Xino was the last IC and instead of leaving the exe volatile to Winzik’s vote shenanigans (if they think Xino is the last IC aka Winzik, then he will obviously use the vote to save himself), they decide to ensure xino’s death one way or another.
  20. Mat said this yesterday: I’m just having a hard time convincing myself TUN would commit so hard to going against his kill meta, it’s a rather big risk, keeping people who suspect you alive and killing those that don’t I am not in this picture and I don’t know what to make of that I don’t think Insanity and Almond make a reasonable pair bc that’s pitting all new/almost-new players against the village.
  21. I would like to think I have gone against thread consensus a lot if not most of the time Edit: But I think Hael’s village…His posts seem very village and his Silver vote as well. Lmao. I literally do not want to vote him but I’m out of options Edit: I think what this means is that I’m being forced to accept that my Hael read is just wrong. He is elim, unless you are elim. i.e. he is elim.
  22. Silver ideally should have sussed me a little bit at the least edit: Where I’m going with this is: it was not a preplanned bus, if it was a bus
  23. Reasons why I am village : I would have properly bussed Silver instead halfashing it I would have (consensually) bussed my second teammate as well or would've had them bus me I did not pick up on JNV's IC tell I would not have switched to Fifth I would not have killed xino (whatever the case, killing a non-xino villager would've given me greater exe control cuz villager numbers decrease) I would not have killed Mat, he backed off my case and was more willing to go Hael I think
  24. <Silver, Hael, Bookwyrm> with an optional TUN Edit: If I were elim, TBH you guys would know (or heavily suspect it) by now Edit2: Thinking a bit more on it, I can bee why e!TUN might not necessarily mean Kas dies because Hael would obviously advise against it.
