I think there's a pattern here. Sentry replied with some technical form-filling mumbo jumbo, but seemed somewhat startled when he mentioned her posters. Interesting. "Well, that's..." Long pause "Good. Very good. I don't know when you got back, but I commend you on completing your civic duty! Soulcaster will be very pleased, I'm sure." Eh. Soulcaster doesn't give a damnation about "civic duty." All he cares about is his Arena. Good thing I am very good at battling in the Arena. "His name is Sandal. Well, actually, it's Vandal, but I don't really care. Sandal sounds better. Anyway, he's new here. I'm taking him to the bar, and then he's all yours. I have a good feeling he'll like the Arena. And if he doesn't, well well." He hung up. *** Still a pattern. FuzzyBun woke up. What was that? She glanced around, and saw the window open. Did I open that last night...? She got up, and summoned a scout bunny, who started bouncing around crazily. What? FuzzyBun started getting dizzy. Ohnoimgoingtodieand- She flumped to the ground, and the bunny soon followed. *** Marissa Spade got out from under the bed with her gas mask on. Surveying the scene, she nodded at the dead body of FuzzyBun, grabbed the dead bunny, and then she threw down the ladder and effortlessly climbed to the ground. Glancing around, she started walking away from the hotel, when suddenly, "Freeze!" She turned around, and saw a man in blue, with a shiny badge on the front. She collapsed in fake terror, and said, "Sorry! I didn't do anything! I was just going for a walk!" The man looked at her curiously, and then he nodded. "Hurry up. You're going to wake up the Epics." Marissa nodded gratefully, and ran like hell. *** I'm going to stop making these comments. Marco Wizard paced his office. When is that assassin coming? Was she captured? Is FuzzyBun even dead? Then, the female assassin walked into his office. She had wiped off the makeup, revealing her as a rather ordinary female. "She's dead. Here's the proof" She held out a rather cute white bunny. Marco let out a sigh of relief. "Go, you've earned your keep. You can stay another month." Marissa left the room. Marco got out his mobile, and dialed his client's number. "Burn the nearest Sentry posters. Then, come in here. After about 10 minutes, a man with blond hair, pale skin, and startling blue eyes entered his office. "Hand it over. FuzzyBun is dead." The man replied, "Sure? Do you have any proof?" Marco brought out the dead bunny. The man nodded, and then handed over a briefcase. Then, he left quickly. Ahh. Marco opened the briefcase, and saw the bills all lined up. Enough to pay for a couple more assassinations. I love my work.

It's just that he doesn't kill with pain on a whim, not that he can't, although that idea is interesting. How about this: The pain blast will travel at about the speed of sound, so it will be near instantaneous. Super speed is one way to combat him. Then again, super speed can combat almost anything... Gifting powers work not as well on other Epics. Actually using powers on other Epics doesn't damper them. Incorporeality classifies you as a High Epic doesn't it? I like the idea of being unable to attack him.

Ohhh... He can still kill most High Epics. Is the jello thing Mouldbreaker's only power? Or does he have a PI? I wonder what other problems we'll have.

Wasn't it specifically said that Steelheart had impenetrable skin? Not an impenetrable brain like Corsemaker. Anyway, it doesn't matter, he isn't in the RP.

OK, his profile has been revised. He's still a rather nice Epic for vanillas, but lawbreakers... be careful. He doesn't like to kill, but his pain power can lead to extremely effective punishments. And yes, he can kill with it. (Enough pain can kill a certain part of the brain, killing the person. Even if that isn't true, IT IS FOR HIM BE QUIET.) Which brings me to another problem: Is Abaddon too OP? He can do this to Epics as well. Would killing Nighthound's brain kill him? If he wrecked Steelheart's brain, could that kill him? He probably couldn't heal reincarnators and self-healers, but most other PIs including force-fields, incorporeality, and/or impenetrable skin would be thwarted. Thoughts? Do I need to revise Abaddon's powerset? Also, we should have an official fan-word for "slontzey person slontzingly doing slontzey things".

Oh, and I'll revise his profile pic. Details about the gang leader I'm about to write? And/or the gangs in general?

Yeah, that might work. Can I write a Mafia gang leader that works with Abaddon?

Very very short compilation post between me and Vikro Vandal was waiting for the man’s response when he felt a crashing wave of pain. He fell to his knees, clutching his stomach. What is this? So blunt, but it does get your attention. The pain vanished as soon as it came. The man told Vandal to follow him, and asked him his name. “The name’s Vandal, the resurrection of imagination.” Maybe he’ll take me to someone who can actually appreciate what I do for people. He appears to have no sense for beauty. Of course, most people don’t. Though someday, I will find someone, and what we will create, no one can destroy. So, the man gave his name (Sandal, desolation of impugnation) and got up. Why am I walking again? Abaddon started gliding. “I hope you can catch up. Oh yeah, and remove the black sharpie from Sentry’s posters. She hates that; her power is seeing through those posters, and stuff like leaves, water, and permanent marker make it so her vision is obstructed.” Speaking of Sentry, I think she’d like to know about this. He pulled his mobile out of his jacket pocket, and dialed Sentry’s number. “Hi. This is Abaddon. I suppose you’ve noticed the sharpie on your posters? Well, I caught the culprit.” Then, he waited for her response.

He's a pretty powerful High Epic. Wish him good luck. Well, actually, he did teleport into a little girl. I messed up; that was supposed to be a compilation post with Vikro.

I don't know, but I hope Abaddon's latest post will help with your snag. How long has Sentry been with the guard? I set up Abaddon to be a repeat Salem visitor. Sentry should probably know him... unless she was added within the past month. That's where I'm setting the deadline. Also, Abaddon's personality: does anyone mind if I break the Epic stereotype to an extent? I had this in mind: He's generally pretty nice for an Epic, albeit a staunch rule-follower (he hates it when people break rules), but occasionally he goes into a rampage with his powers, which usually ends up with about 50 vanillas and usually an Epic dead. He can generally tell when this happens, and tells everyone to GET THE HELL AWAY FROM THERE. He doesn't remember it happening. The more he uses his powers normally, the more likely this is going to happen. I plan to have him rampage very very soon on the way to the bar.

Partially because nothing is really happening in Salem, other than the occasional battle, we should send some super-destructive Epic that way. An Epic named Hurricane (with the ability to create hurricanes) would be ideal. EDIT: I messed up ordeal with ideal.

Yeah, because in Portland we have Ron Wilson, the Bus Driver, and in The Dalles, we have just Bus Driver.

Where/what is Rowena? A new "what happened in" thing? I've heard the Panda and Bus Driver mention it, but... Also, can two different Epics have the same name?

Look up the phrase third person omnicsient. Third Person Limited does not reveal thoughts and emotions, so it isn't ideal for the RP. Also, the RP in general is third person omnicsient.

When I say third person omniscient, I mean that you only focus on one character and reveal their emotions and thoughts. Nearly all the posts are third person omniscient.

3rd person omniscient only! And at some point, you have to interact with the other characters in the RPG. Don't keep your character in his/her own world (#Mobius!) This is a personal thing, but try not to repeat what the other characters already said too much. I've seen dialogues that look like this: Person said "A" *** Person B heard Person A say "A" Person B said "B" *** Person A heard Person B say "B" Person A said "C" *** Person B heard Person A say "C" Person B fidgeted. Person B replied, "D" etc. I hate when that happens!
