Yes I agree. I hope Honor Spren comes on in the next day or so so that she can weigh in on this decision. This might happen a few times, so before I make an RP post involving a new gadget I will tell you all what it does and how.

Yes. She made a motivator from the DNA of a phoenix, as its powers are really just matter transfiguration and replication. Her superintelligent pal figured out how to compress all of that tech into one wand. In about 3-4 years gametime she will do something really awesome but I won't say what yet. All I can say is to be prepared for some wild magic!

Well, do you have a solution maybe? Like extradimensional intervention or something? Because if it comes down to it I can retcon my posts but I like the character I have built now.

I understand that you aren't comfortable with sci-fi level tech at Hogwarts, but in a fantasy world where the cocreator of the tech is bestowed magically with inhuman intellect and mechanical prowess, I think it's fine. (Wow, I'm giving away quite a bit of the backstory here aren't I).

Well, I actually cannot mention which planet I think will win, so I'll go with Elantris, as they have flexible powers and Dilaf is investiture-resistant.

I don't want to have the strongest Epic. I want an Epic with interesting powers and limitations that lead to a storyline that doesn't sound like "I beat this guy. Then I killed all of the other Epics and won life."

Ok, so I will write an Eleanor back story soon. She will have trouble with transfiguration, but she has contacts inside the school helping her with that, as well as a prototype that will probably work. The one thing that I guess I should say is that one of her friends broke the Statute of Secrecy in a time of utmost need.
