    ‘Damn’ is a common Scadrian curse. Damnation makes sense as something used occasionally. Note that Mistborn was written years before SA was fully fleshed out into its final form.

    Just a minor note: A Divine Breath is a splinter of Endowment. So that may impact things. I agree entirely about everything else though.

    I would warn you that reading SA alone is not enough; expect lots of spoilers from Warbreaker and Mistborn to abound as well due to crossover elements. There will likely be some minor Elantris mentions as well. Also an (in)famous Sixth of the Dusk 2 reading. Welcome to the Cosmere!
