That's interesting, do you have the WoB quoted?

I'm pretty sure Bartimaeus' ego is bigger. For that matter, it's probably bigger than the entire Cosmere...

I honestly think we'd need middle eastern actors (or people who look like that) to play Ati and Leras.
And for thematics, a French actor for Kelsier.

There are many, many things we can't understand even in our own universe. I think it's only fair that we extend the benefit of doubt also to the Cosmere; there may be some qualities to it that nobody yet understands. Things that just are that way.

It could happen. But then, that requires that Odium's Intent is to divide and separate things, as opposed to Honor's Intent of uniting and bringing things together. It's not outside the realms of possibility; it could even be true.

Kelsier is probably up to making himself better, faster, stronger, more Cosmere-aware etc... kind of like Hoid, except with no plans to save the universe whatsoever.

When you encounter temporal characters and keep thinking that they'll one day appear in the Cosmere.

My image of a Shardblade was of something really long, whitish-blue, that trails smoky / plasma-like Stormlight. And which is shaped like a really long, single-bladed nodachi (except with an actually useful guard), or rather, a really long saber...

It's a clever idea, but one that is most likely impossible. Read "Mistborn: Secret History" to find out why.
(In case you have, here's why, contains spoilers:)
Hoid stated that he cannot harm people in the physical realm before ever stealing a piece of lerasium from the Well of Ascension. This piece of lerasium is the only power-related connection we know he has to Preservation.

I feel the same way about Adolin. His actions towards the end of WoR make me want to place him as a potential future villain (because Sanderson likes to try out new things), but if that doesn't happen, then I can see him making amends after a Rand-esque "soul-hardening period".

Adonalsium is the Dark One.
Turns out that "the Void" in WoT is actually the Cosmere. God damnation it Rand, now we had to kill Adonalsium.
By the by, are there any random or mysterious beggars, thieves etc. in WoT? Because if so, I call Hoid.

Ha! That's a nice theory. I like it. So does this mean Adolin will become an Edgedancer and end up with Lift? Is there an Adolift ship already?

Both are correct. Sorry about taking whomever's turn!

A narcissistic spirit with a secret heart of gold (and endless insults) is enslaved by a 12-year old british kid who aspires to steal from and eventually murder a metrosexual megalomaniac with magicks.

It's the one that says "corrosive: contains traces of Odium, press at own risk"

What do you mean, it's not Roshar? Could you explain your last paragraph? It seems interesting, but I can't really parse together what you mean.

Just like in the real world, if something doesn't seem to add up, we just have to assume that there is a natural explanation for it. And then find it.

It wouldn't be just those few hundred/few thousand Shardbearers against the koloss, though. Given that the KR had some time to prepare, I can imagine a strategy springing up to counter the koloss. Perhaps using Lightweavers to distract them, sending koloss falling into other koloss with gravitational Surges, the lines of Shardbearers supported by constant archer fire and resupplied with Stormlight...
Tell you what, it won't be a roflstomp in favour of the koloss. They'll still probably win, but I can see Roshar being able to hold out at a defensible location for a long time.

I don't believe Raoden was ever sent anywhere. The grouchy guy from the Ishikk Interlude is Galladon.
Or were you referring to Elrao, from the Ire? Who were you referring to?

Imagination, talent, confidence and experience combined brought us the Diagram and codes like this. I personally hope for this to become a running gag/theme of each book, give us more puzzles!

Probably not infinite, then. Infinity would screw with a ton of stuff regardless.
Regardless, the original question was about why Shards aren't concerned about losing their Investiture to the magicks performed by Invested people. The answer is, we don't know, but we speculate that the Investiture is just automatically returned to the Shard (or harvested by it).

Well, a sixteenth part of infinity is still infinity... and from what we know, Adonalsium was basically infinite.
Of course, mathematically, some infinities are bigger than other infinities.

Spider-Man stole the show, IMO - not that I'm complaining, this movie made me fall in love with the character. Action sequences were really good and enjoyable, witty banter all around (Spidey does this really well) and a great revenge plot. Poor guy who fell out of the sky tho.
