Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Cassius, friend... I fear you mistake capitalism for atheism... Unless you happen to subscribe to the idea of Social Darwinism (an idea that arrived several centuries after the formation of laissez faire economics), atheism and capitalism are not intrinsically connected. "In every part of the universe we observe means adjusted with the nicest artifice to the ends which they are intended to produce; and in the mechanism of a plant, or animal body, admire how every thing is contrived for advancing the two great purposes of nature, the support of the individual, and the propagation of the species. But in these, and in all such objects, we still distinguish the efficient from the final cause of their several motions and organizations. The digestion of the food, the circulation of the blood, and the secretion of the several juices which are drawn from it, are operations all of them necessary for the great purposes of animal life. Yet we never endeavour to account for them from those purposes as from their efficient causes, nor imagine that the blood circulates, or that the food digests of its own accord, and with a view or intention to the purposes of circulation or digestion. The wheels of the watch are all admirably adjusted to the end for which it was made, the pointing of the hour. All their various motions conspire in the nicest manner to produce this effect. If they were endowed with a desire and intention to produce it, they could not do it better. Yet we never ascribe any such desire or intention to them, but to the watch-maker, and we know that they are put into motion by a spring, which intends the effect it produces as little as they do. But though, in accounting for the operations of bodies, we never fail to distinguish in this manner the efficient from the final cause, in accounting for those of the mind we are very apt to confound these two different things with one another. When by natural principles we are led to advance those ends, which a refined and enlightened reason would recommend to us, we are very apt to impute to that reason, as to their efficient cause, the sentiments and actions by which we advance those ends, and to imagine that to be the wisdom of man, which in reality is the wisdom of God. Upon a superficial view, this cause seems sufficient to produce the effects which are ascribed to it; and the system of human nature seems to be more simple and agreeable when all its different operations are in this manner deduced from a single principle." -Adam Smith in The Theory of Moral Sentiment Basically, the fellow who is widely acknowledged as the founder of modern capitalism is laying fourth an argument for the existence of a god. Take that you non-survivorist heathen. I agree with you. A few minutes after posting it, I looked back on my most recent vote, thought "you know, bandwagonning alone is actually a pretty bad reason to vote someone up" and rescinded it. At this point, we don't need quite as much guess work. We have identified two elim mistborns, and their lynchings were controversial enough that we have information. All we need to do is make sense of it.- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I would ask our seeker to scan him but... Oh wait. Either the elims know for certain we have a lurcher (because one of their kills was blocked, which is quite possible) Or, Arinian is evil But didn't Arinian vote on both Dalinar and Nyali? I mean, that doesn't completely settle it but its gotta be worth something Not sure... But for now I wouldn't lynch Arinian. I'd wait until he accuses someone, because then, one way or another, we would catch an elim. EDIT: And by accuse I don't just mean suspect. I mean, wait until he claims to have used bronze on someone and confirmed them guilty.- 1403 replies

For me this is a mix of gut read and bandwagon. No, those aren't the best reasons I realize. I figure its best if I vote someone this cycle, but I would love to hear what you have to say. Actually the more I think about it, I really don't have great reasons for voting on you. Tentatively I'll take the vote off you Assassin but I still wouldn't mind hearing a little more from you than asking why we vote you if ya don't mind.- 1403 replies

Long Game 30: Journey Before Destination
DrakeMarshall replied to Amanuensis's topic in Sanderson Elimination
This game looks awesome. I really want to sign up for it. My only concern is that I might not have the time, because AG3 is going on right now... On the other hand, the cycles for this are three days long, which seems manageable. Well, I'll consider putting together an introduction. If I finish AG3 soon I'll definitely try and participate. -
Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Good. I was wondering about Joe (maybe just paranoia from the last SE game I played with him ) but I guess that settles it. The ones mourning a death like that tend to be elims, just sayin... Although, for Matilda, I can maybe understand. She was such a fun character. First of all, have we confirmed that there is a living town aligned lurcher? Second of all, if there is one, don't protect me. Frankly I'm not that important. They could go for me, or they could go for Arinian. But Arinian's role is much more useful than mine. As for why they haven't attacked Arinian so far... That's a good question actually. See, if an investigative role outs an elim, it's usually a good idea to leave them alive, because killing them will just confirm their info and result in the elim's immediate death. But Arinian, while voting for Nyali, did not claim that he had used bronze to confirm. The fact that the elims have not attacked Arinian so far is probably because they are expecting a lurcher to guard him. Anyways, who do I suspect... Probably my top three suspects are HH, Wilson, and Assassin. Since I'm a believer in the bandwagon as a vehicle for finding elims (I hope someone appreciates my bad pun), Assassin it is. Oh, also, one other point of interest. It looked like Madascar was using some kind of color based cipher. Considering Madagascar is both dead and town-confirmed, any chance the recipient of those messages wants to step forward? Just a thought. Felix stood in the middle of the square. As a priest of the Survivor, he saw it as his duty to hold a proper funeral for those who had died. The funeral was brief. A lot of people had been dying recently. Death was like an unpleasant neighbor. You didn't talk about him for fear he might hear you and decide to pay a visit. And yet someone had to do the rites, ironeyes be damned. At least the old lady wasn't suffering anymore. Nothing can hurt us after we are dead, or so we have been told. Felix pulled a dusty tome out of his bag, A Comprehensive History of the Final Empire, Third Edition. It was his best source on the Lord Ruler and the creatures that served him. Hopefully there was something he had missed the first pass through... The town needed a lead. Also anyone notice the common thread in the above?- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Perhaps. But Is that the reasoning any of you initially cited? Initially your argument was basically "well, the lynch failed, better give up." I see where you are coming from if you simply believe that Rae is not the best lynch choice. But the logic everyone first brought up to defend Rae was... Well, dangerous to the town, to put it simply. And, to be frank, I'm not sure how I feel about everyone backtracking on that initial reasoning now that there is backlash against it. Some of you are undoubtedly perfectly sincere, but if Rae turns out guilty, you will probably have a bit of explaining to do.- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
This is a fair point. Yes, if Nyali is more suspicious, it still makes more sense to lynch Nyali and not Rae. Surviving does not make Rae any more or less suspicious than before. People should not be making decisions based on someone's survival, since elims and townies can both have access to pewter. I still find Rae more suspicious, which is why, in the absence of new information, I would probably vote Rae on the lynch on the next day cycle. However, I still need to catch up on some of the previous cycle, which might potentially change my mind about things.- 1403 replies

I appreciate the RP, but considering you didn't make any kind of OOC comments below it like I did when I defended Dalinar only for the sake of RP... I assume you actually mean this. And, pardon me, but I have a hard time seeing any sense to this argument. If it takes two kills to kill an eliminator, why on earth is that a reason to never use the requisite two cycles to kill them? It almost feels like you are trying to draw out a coinshot to attack you. In my opinion, the only argument to not lynch Rae that makes sense is Elenion's: And, as you may have noticed, this argument, while insightful, no longer applies to our current situation. We already wasted a lynch on Rae. At this point, there is no reason not to follow through (But don't do that with a coinshot attack, since it would be wasted due to the fact that elims probably have a lurcher).- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Perhaps the greatest faculty our minds possess is the ability to cope with pain. Classic thinking teaches us of the four doors of the mind, which everyone moves through according to their need. First is the door of sleep. Sleep offers us a retreat from the world and all its pain. Sleep marks passing time, giving us distance from the things that have hurt us. When a person is wounded they will often fall unconscious. Similarly, someone who hears traumatic news will often swoon or faint. This is the mind's way of protecting itself from pain by stepping through the first door. Felix woke up in the darkness. What... What was going on? He had a hazy memory of a mob of townspeople, then, in the confusion, a blow to the back of the head. Ugh... Survivor help this rusting town. Felix rolled over. He was in a bed, and outside ash falling... His room in the manor. A small scrap of paper on the table next to him read "We apologize for the inconvenience." Huh. Felix sat there for a few minutes trying to make sense of things. Then he eventually gave up. He needed to know what was going on with the town. He left his room, closing the door carefully behind him, and went down the stairs to meet the townspeople. "I have returned." Okay... So, can I just say that I find this line of reasoning to be unwise and possibly suspect? I mean, I wasn't there when Rae claimed pewter, nor have I dug up that post in the countless pages I was gone. Maybe there's something I am missing here. Actually, there probably is (if so, please disregard the rant below; I will catch up on the last day's events eventually). But seriously? You don't want to waste lynches... I totally get that. But the Dalinar lynch wasn't a waste! Yeah, it was absurdly hard to kill him, but it was still absolutely the right thing to do. If we think someone is an elim, but we think it will take more than one cycle to kill them... That's a terrible reason not to get started. If I knew from the start that Dalinar was an elim but could survive that many attacks... I still would have tried to get him lynched. Rust and ruin people, what else are we going to do in a game but kill someone we think is an elim? We would have had to use up lynches to kill Dalinar somewhere down the line anyway... At the same time. Not necessarily a reason to go after Rae at night. If Rae really is an elim, then the elim lurcher will probably choose to protect them tonight. Better to do it by votes. Actually, more on that. General strategy for village coinshots: kill people who you suspect, but who you do not think everyone suspects. If it is obvious that everyone wants an individual dead, and you attack them... If they are an elim, they will be lurched, and if they are innocent, they won't be lurched. Try not to target anyone who is too obvious. But also don't random kill. Kill someone who you legitimately find suspicious but who is not the most obvious coinshot target out there. Also, one other remark. There is a lot of pewter in this game. Wow. And while I wouldn't be surprised if the elims had one other mistborn and maybe the town had one too, I doubt the elims have all mistborn. As people have already brought up, if all the elims were mistborn, there would be a lot more tin in this game. This implies that you are either a mistborn or roleless. There doesn't seem to be very much motivation to lie about that, either. Anyways, when Ecthelion died he was a confirmed soother, so I'm afraid the theory is invalid. No need for anyone to reveal roles. Actually, maybe this is a perfectly innocent wondering, but the paranoid side of me wonders if this is just bait to get people to reveal their roles.- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
All. Caught. Up. HOORAY! And I guess I have to post this on day 4, since the rollover happened. And we finally got Dalinar! It wasn't a wild goose chase! A spiked, and their mistborn at that! HOORAY #2!!! Anyways. It looks like Rae and Headshot are the top candidates for the bandwagon. I should probably dig up some of their posts, I haven't heard that much at all from them or really been keeping track of them at all. Also, if I role elim in a future game I really need to analyze my own early posts. This is the first night someone actually said they find me suspicious. I am somewhat flattered that nobody has wanted to lynch me for so long. Also I'm pretty sure this confirms that the eliminators have a lurcher and a rioter (or possibly another mistborn?). I do not believe that the high probability of an elim lurcher should dissuade a coinshot however. It's probably worth the risk of accidentally killing a villager for a chance to kill or at least identify an elim. Plus, if they only have on lurcher, that means some of the elims will still be exposed, so you still have a decent chance at killing one. Finally, some analysis about who you should probably suspect: I doubt that an elim would be too vocal about protecting Dalinar (well, I might attribute such reverse psychology tricks to a few of you, but not the majority). Chances are, the people we are looking for are the ones who seemed indecisive about Dalinar. People who didn't try to get him lynched, and who tried to divert focus to other things, without putting themselves on the line very much for someone who was pretty obviously a goner. Oh, also, one last thought. According to that relationships chart Arranae made... Dalinar defended two people. Now, I'm willing to bet at least one of those was just to gain credibility. But I wouldn't be surprised of one of those two were an elim, because you don't really need to defend two villagers just for the sake of credibility. And, since one of those two is Rae, and I hear a lot of people saying Rae is suspicious... Well, I definitely need to read into some of Rae's posts. AND YET ANOTHER NEW POINT: I don't think the coinshot attack this morning could have been an elim mistborn. Every night we have had 1 coinshot attack. Unless the regular coinshot chose not to attack this night (something I find unlikely), this was the very same coinshot. Could that coinshot be an eliminator? Quite possibly. If the coinshot is indeed an elim though, I kind of wonder why they've been wasting so many kills. And finally, some RP: Felix sat in the manor with the rest of the townspeople, wondering if the "ash taco" in front of him really had ash in it. That creature was certainly tenacious, wasn't it? Reginald's moments came back to him, the defiant, hatred filled expression on the creature's face melting to one of intense pain as the bad metals wreaked havoc on its body. An ironic way to die, that. The powers he used to kill so many were what killed him in the end. The Lord of the Mists has a strange sense of humor. Felix remembered the mania in Reginald's eyes as he screamed at the crowd... Were they once humans? Reginald looked human... But he could just be wearing that face. Who knows where the Lord Tyrant's servants came from. As the accusations flew across the table, Felix decided to contribute to the discussion. "And so, the battle continues." Most battles are won before they are ever fought. "The adversary has infiltrated our ranks with creatures bearing only a semblance of humanity. He has surrounded us with a legion of koloss, soldiers that would bring this town to ashes. The forces brought to bear against us are more than sufficient to extinguish Tyrian Falls. The Lord Tyrant is confident that this battle is decided, that fighting it is merely an afterthought. And, you know, I actually agree with him on that count. The battle of Tyrian falls was decided long before the deaths started. It was decided in a crowded square in Luthadel a year ago. Hope does not die. Keep hoping, friends. I don't know why this seemingly random village is the site for such a clash of powers... But rusts, we're going to win it."- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
I can guess why the coinshot attacked him. He couldn't attack Dalinar because elim lurcher would shield him... So the coinshot just took out someone who seemed a little quiet. Personally, I think we have enough suspects that I disagree with the coinshot's decision... But I can see where they are coming from. Also Dalinar. The way I see it we just need to get this over with. I would roleplay this vote, but in terms of RP my character is already defending Dalinar At this point, with such a protracted lynch... I don't actually think it matters if Dalinar is innocent or guilty. After we have spent so much time on this, we can't afford to not kill Dalinar and learn his alignment. We need the information his death will yield, otherwise, frankly, the last three cycles have all been wasted. Also, Dalinar, for what it's worth, whether you are elim or town... Well done. Literally from d1 the popular vote has been to kill you, and yet you lasted this long.- 1403 replies

What cat would ever object to being given a whole chicken leg to itself? Also if I were going to lie about having a metal that I don't actually have, it would be pewter... Claiming to be a pewterarm when you aren't in immediate danger of getting lynched like Dalinar feels a lot like a bluff. Basically you are just asking people not to kill you because it would waste a kill. Unfortunately, that is the sort of lie that doesn't say much about your alignment. A townie has just as much reason to bluff about having pewter as an elim does.- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Night was falling over Tyrian Falls. Ash, also, was falling over Tyrian falls. Felix's eyes snapped open in the middle of the night, the bloodthirsty, inexorable face of a spiked burned into his mind. The image inevitably brought back another time... Felix waited, his shift in Jayce's workshop nearly complete. Everything was wrong. Screams from the shop next door, followed by harsh voices and then silence. Felix hoped Denton was alright... He was the only skaa who ran a shop on this street. The guards were sweeping the entire row, and Felix would be next. This wouldn't be a problem, except Felix had a feeling he knew what they were looking for. Or, who, rather. Andra, one of Denton's workers, had hidden here just a few minutes ago. Jayce was as of yet unaware of this, but Felix had sheltered her, if with a sense of resignation. Everybody knew you couldn't hide from the ministry. Especially if the rumors he heard were true. Felix heard a loud crash from the shop front. Jayce let out a yelp. Felix opened the side-room door a crack and cautiously looked on. The front door casually splintered. The dread mists sending feelers into the room. A detachment of guards standing in his door, spearheaded by... Lord Ruler... An axe of pure obsidian glinted in one of its hands. It wore the uniform of the Canton of Inquisition. A pair of twin spikes shone dully in the creature's eye sockets, framed by a set of impossibly complex markings tattooed around the creature's eyes, jet black but punctuated by a single, blood red slash slash between the eyes. Somehow, even without the eyes, Felix thought he saw fury in that face... No, not just fury... Anticipation. The creature wanted to kill. Lord Ruler... Lord Ruler... What did Andra do to draw out a STEEL INQUISITOR! Felix had seriously misjudged the situation. Andra had no chance. Come to think of it, he had no chance either. That creature would kill them all... Felix stood frozen by the door. Seconds felt like eternities. The guards waited attentively behind the creature, looking somewhat uncomfortable. The creature simply waited, totally ignoring Jayce. The twin spikes surveyed the room, as if it could see out of the polished steel discs. It didn't act blind. It could sense things around it... Particularly the kind of thing they were hunting Andra for. Just a few more moments, and it would end... Then, just like that... It left. It disappeared into the mists like the nightmare it was, the soldiers dutifully disappearing after it. The only evidence of its visit was the splinters of the shop's front door still scattered across the room. Felix was back in the manor in Tyrian Falls. He gripped the silver spear around his neck like a lifeline. That was the Survivor's first gift to us... There was a reason that inquisitor hadn't come for them. He trusted that the town would survive the spiked, even as he understood that there would be casualties. The battle's not over. Felix quickly dressed and left his room. He couldn't sleep. As he walked down the hall, he thought about Reginald. Why did people call for his death so much? He was a thief, yes... And yet, back in Luthadel, some of the best men I knew were thieves. The survivor himself had once been a thief! When the law is evil, how can you fault those who break it? And then... There's the fact that he survived... I have believed from the start that the survivor would preserve this town... Felix saw a ring of villagers congregated in the manor. I guess I'm not the only one who can't sleep right now... "Townspeople... I have no doubt you wonder about Reginald's survival at this hour. Well, I cannot help but conclude that we are wrong to put him to death. From the beginning, he has known he would survive... And, true to his word, he has. Earlier I assured you that the survivor would protect us when we most need it. Do you doubt this now? This man has survived four attempts on his life. Are we to continue defying the survivor's manifest will by attempting to kill the man yet a fifth time? Particularly when it seems as if he has been truthful with us all along? You suspect him because he is a thief. Fine then. You want to put him to death for breaking the law? Let the one here who hasn't broken the Lord Tyrant's law strike the first blow!" That last line felt familiar to Felix for some reason... No doubt he had read it somewhere. Now, for RP reasons I couldn't resist defending Dalinar. However, OOC I'm not all that sure he is innocent. He could very easily be an elim pewterarm, and frankly if we gave up right now we would be forfeiting the game. But it should also be screamingly obvious that a coinshot should not target Dalinar tonight. Whether or not Dalinar is guilty, we have pretty good reason to believe that the lurcher is an eliminator. And any lurcher elim with half a brain would be protecting Dalinar tonight, whether or not he was one of them. Coinshot, kill someone else who is suspicious tonight. If people still want to kill Dalinar, save the lynch for tomorrow morning when it is reasonably certain that he cannot be protected again. Mind you, I'm not 100% sure if I would vote to lynch him tomorrow. I'm just saying, whether or not you want him dead, wasting a coinshot kill on him tonight would be a poor decision.- 1403 replies

Anniversary Game 3: The Curse of the Koloss
DrakeMarshall replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Okay, one last thing before I work on something else... So I just saw something about Dalinar claiming mistborn... And, I mean, obviously it would suck if we did kill our mistborn... But personally, I find this revelation pretty suspicious. Sounds like a great way to make more chaos and have people second guess themselves. If he really has access to pewter this cycle then we can discuss it more after the lynch fails. If he is bluffing to stay alive as an elim, then he will be dead and we will have solved some problems. Also another problem with your whole mistborn claim business... If you thought you were actually going to get lynched last cycle, you would have claimed mistborn, just as you did this cycle. Because of this, I cannot help but wonder if you were in touch with the rioter who saved you. I mean, if I have been following things accurately (forgive me if I haven't been), I believe you already openly said that you collaborated with some people to make the lynch vote last cycle a tie. But in a game with vote manipulations (and where I'm not sure we have actually confirmed that nobody dies on a tied up vote), I would not feel safe with a tied vote. Why weren't you claiming mistborn last cycle, when, according to your story, you had almost as much reason to be afraid of a lynch as you do right now? I can only conclude one of two things: Either 1) you coordinated with a rioter in advance... And, given you haven't (to my knowledge, again please forgive me if I missed something) been open about coordinating with a rioter, I am forced to suspect that you and the rioter are both spiked... Or 2) you knew you were actually safe last night, because you aren't really a mistborn, you are a pewterarm... But if you are now falsely claiming to be a mistborn (and trying to legitimize that by surviving this lynch), you are almost definitely spiked. Yeah, the more I think about it, the more I think you are guilty @Dalinar Kholin Also. Dalinar. If you really are town aligned and want town to win, don't burn your pewter this cycle. Let yourself be lynched. Otherwise you would be pointlessly wasting another town killing. If you survive this lynch against that advice, I will know you are actually an eliminator. If you were really town aligned, you wouldn't intentionally waste the first 4 town kills.- 1403 replies

Apologies, I realize in this cycle I have been less active than in previous ones. Just a bit more going on at the moment, I will have more in-depth posts and RP in the coming days. Hm... That lines up. I feel that you are telling the truth about this. Ecthelion was making some kind of attempt to draw out a killer. If Ecthelion had been killed at night, I might be a touch suspicious of Mage or Hero... But considering he was killed by a vote manipulation I do not think this lead is very much worth following. I don't suspect you any further @I_am_a_Stick (nor am I particularly suspicious of aforementioned Mage or Hero). Also... Voting up Dalinar. In truth, I haven't yet decided if he is guilty or not. But I still have a few good reasons to vote for him: 1) Higher voter turnout makes vote manipulation easier to identify. 2) Dalinar's death will give us a lot of information. Almost everyone has weighed in on what they think of killing Dalinar, so whether or not he turns out guilty, we will have some solid leads once we kill him. 3) I find things like the collaboration Madascar mentioned slightly suspect. Not enough for me to confidently say Dalinar is guilty, but enough to make him more suspect than anyone else right now. And, as always, may the Survivor protect you all. Or, not all of you actually, really just the townspeople- 1403 replies

Felix entered the manor, a grim expression on his face. The first death. Survivor remember his sacrifice. He almost worried the survivor would not protect them... And yet... The obscure writings of a long forgotten book came to mind. Belief isn't simply a thing for fair times and bright days... What is belief - what is faith - if you don't continue in it after failure? ...Anyone can believe in someone, or something that always succeeds... But failure... ah, now, that is hard to believe in, certainly and truly. Difficult enough to have value. Sometimes we just have to wait long enough... then we find out why exactly it was that we kept believing. I will keep believing... And I think I know what to do now. Felix walked to what he supposed to be the front of the hall. Most of the townspeople had congregated there for the second time, having a meal together and doing their best to stay safe. "The first of us has fallen. We will remember this sacrifice... And hopefully make the guilty pay. Among us are servants of the Lord Ruler, evil and unnatural as the Steel Inquisitors. I have some leads for you all. First, and most importantly. Ecthelion, a confirmed innocent, was killed by a rioter. Now, that doesn't necessarily confirm the guilt of the rioter by any means... But, if someone wanted to kill Ecthelion, it would be a convenient way to do it. Coincidentally... I have reason to believe someone did want Ecthelion dead. Ecthelion sent a message to me two days ago informing me that if he died this cycle, we should kill Stick. The exact wording of the relevant part of the message is below: "Another thing: if I die, kill Stick immediately. Since I'm not a fully corporeal manifestation, I can take certain...risks that others would not. He might take the bait, and if he does, justice will find him." Now, I really wish she had said more about why this was, but... I think that puts Stick in some serious suspicion. If there really even is a coinshot on our side... I think you should go for Stick. Not Dalinar. Also, I realize that at this point, a lot of you are probably thinking that I am making this up. Apparently I received this mysterious message ordering someone's death, but with no substantiation... And no witnesses. I get it, that's suspicious. Thing is, there were witnesses. The message I speak of was sent to two other people, who can substantiate my claim. Feel free to step forward with this information. (if one of you is a coinshot, however, feel free not to step forward with this information and just act on it... no need for you to take a risk by supporting my claim if you don't want to do so) Second of all. I am inclined to trust Whistler. I do not really know Whistler, but I get the feeling there are more effective ways to gambit. So... If one of the townspeople is a seeker, consider trying to contact Whistler. A seeker and a confirmed townsperson in communication would be valuable. Whistler, if anyone actually does contact you, I have no doubt that you know that there's a good chance they will be lying to you. Finally, third of all... Survivor be with you all. I do not fully understand the powers we are up against, but I suspect Tyrian Falls will be needing all the help it can get." As Felix finished, he heard Matilda in the background... "O lsfor do n donfinf gkbee lgb, doet ke rmmbb b cry hon naybl. R tr r cry bin joy, poe bri feeg rr nomtoy for hob pjj penorn bxa bdb norpro vi nzxz cr yrobcdf ac trhy zeerrrpr y bpr cry cx rwhnjp e bo yfo bbprd ot hoijeezz zlrg borwxz ffh nor clz boy bpfjon xbc fa nfor." Interesting... Felix carefully recorded this sequence on a scrap of paper as he walked to a table to sit and eat a... What is that thing...? I heard someone calling it an ash taco I think...? Whatever. I'll take the free food.- 1403 replies
