Just one thing...please, in the future, use colors that aren't as similar. It was rather hard to separate who was who, even with paragraphing. Maybe next time something like black and green? Other than that, looks great! The grammar Nazi within is screaming, but it isn't that bad ^o^ I don't know much of the current Wastelands plot, but I love the characterization! (Same goes for you, Blackhoof, I just couldn't tell whose was whose XD) EDIT: Comatose, I've realized just how much of my usual interactions with girls I'm using as an example for ThunderSpear and Rainmaker ^o^ I'm apparently absolutely infuriating to them, just by doing normal things (i.e., ThunderSpear putting on sunglasses) This is really fun, and a very different type of RP from what I'm used to. (This to all) Thank you so much for having this awesome community!

Going to answer using bold while within your reply I'm using this a lot to feel him out as a character. I think what could work is them coming to a deal of some sort, where ThunderSpear would have reasonable autonomy, but he can't take from any major epics, which would likely end up with him getting involved with them and whatever is currently happening in Corvallis to get on their good side so that he could get stuff. Maybe someone has a really cool hat that he wants Just brainstorming though, don't take that as a final proposal ^o^ Phew *wipes forehead* and thanks! This is what I found. I can't get to YouTube atm (storming school internet filters...they somehow fixed them for my laptop after I hacked them and now YT and gmail are blocked again) but I'll look it up...around 2:30ish/14:30ish. Shoot me a PM to remind me if you can (that's 6.5 hours from now). But yeah, if this is a thunderhorse...heck yeah he'd ride one!

Alright, Coma. Reply is up. Just a note: ThunderSpear didn't mention his conduction-enhancing ability, because he doesn't realize he has it. It triggers when he gets really angry, and he thinks that he just has bigger explosions. Don't think there's anything else I'll need to explain, reply to this with any questions you have. To all: Feel free to give me feedback on my posts. I'm still feeling out TS's personality, and help with writing would help a ton.

[insert Epic Lighting Spear Picture Here] ((Don't get mad at me Mestiv...)) ThunderSpear watched with interest as the epic--he still couldn't remember her name...Rain-something--apparently managed to return to a semblance of control, dimming her light enough to make out her body--and an attractive one at that--listening with only half an ear to her ultimatum. "Alright, let's go over all that. First," he began, raising one finger. "I was never interested in causing trouble. I can't imagine why someone as incompetent as that Drainer not only had the guts to impede me, but actually tried to order me around. You really should work on discipline within the ranks of your lesser epics. Second," he continues, raising another finger. "While I don't exactly have a set schedule, I really don't care to waste too much time. Third," he added, sticking out his thumb. "Your laws are pointless. What is the point of having this power if all we do is make more bureaucracy? Power is the only law. Forgot the reparations, if they can't handle a single bolt of lightning, why on earth would you want them in a city like this? Anything I have taken belongs to me now. If people want their objects back, feel free to have them try to fight me. Fourth," he said, closing his hand and opening into four fingers. "Full description of powers: Lighting; creation of my namesake, the Thunderspear; and invulnerability. Fifth," he finished, grinning. "I couldn't care less about your life of luxury. I'm a nomad and intend to stay that way. Feel free to try to bypass my defenses; I've fought countless other epics, many with far cooler powers than yours, and only one has even scratched me--and that was a fluke. Anyway, I'll be on my way. I've barely covered a quarter of this city--that's one thing you've got going for you. This place is proper large," and with that, ThunderSpear turned, waving behind with his right hand, still gripping the spear.

@Comatose: Not super important, but for future reference, italics are usually thoughts. I'll indicate if they aren't, and usually do if they are thoughts anyway. I'll just change the italics for mine in this case to keep it simple. Please keep an eye out for that. Sorry if that was a bit terse ^o^ Thanks! ((Working on ThunderSpear's reply after the edit))

[insert Epic Lightning Spear Picture Here] ThunderSpear squinted further as the epic, if it was even possible, became brighter. Suddenly, a blast of wind slammed into him, and he crashed into a nearby building. This is really beginning to be an inconvenience...why can't they just leave me be? ThunderSpear thought to himself. With a slightly annoyed sigh, he released a blast of lightning, clearing the rubble off. He walked over to the shining epic and rested, leaning on his spear. "What do you want? Or is this just the normal welcome? I really don't care about causing any trouble, and I'm sure we'll both be happier with you leaving me alone." ThunderSpear paused, trying to make out the form of his welcoming committee. "How much longer is this going to take?" he asked suddenly, checking his watch. "I really wanted to be further along by now."

[insert Epic Lighting Spear Picture Here] ThunderSpear's eyes narrowed as the blindingly bright epic floated down before him, raising an arm in an attempt to block some of the light. I guess that won't work, he thought to himself, lowering his arm. Squinting, he was barely able to make out a figure appeared of slightly off light within the ray. I suppose this would be...Rainbaker? Raintaker? Something like that. She descended, hovering a few feet in front of him, saying something about a welcome and eliminating him. He really doubted she'd be able to. Light wasn't exactly deadly, and he wasn't afraid of some rain. He twitched slightly, remembering one rainy night which didn't end well... "Sorry, what was that? I didn't quite catch it all," ThunderSpear replied, raising his sunglasses to his face--not that they really did anything to help his vision. He put on his most winning smile, not wanting to bother with angering this clearly annoyed epic.

@Comatose: Feel free to PM me when you have some time to discuss Rainmaker meeting up with ThunderSpear (and probably giving him a talking-to). How would you like to do it? Post by post, or collab? Just as a recap, so far he has done the stuff at the bubble, wandered around, took some stuff from Drainer, and fought Drainer, with several vanilla witnesses and one vanilla death (or at least serious aging, I don't remember if he died)

I wish I was this creative...the best I can come up with is a dude who throws his spear around and shoots lightning. I see I have much to learn, TwiLyghtSansSparkles-Sama.

No no no, how many times in a row can he do that? As in, could he experience 60 seconds while everyone else had 2? Or is it just 30/1 with a CD?

How long can he keep up the time compression for? (real time and relative (compressed) time)

How does this affect people that he is indirectly touching? As in, he grabs person A, who is holding B. Is B affected?

Shrink (or grow) For the second, best guess is it is also automatically put into 'storage'. He should clarify that though.

Just a comment on a typo, which you did ask about...at the beginning, you said 'with a (unnervingly) good memory' it should read 'with an (unnervingly) good memory.' Try saying it out loud.
