Anniversary Game 2: Return of the Koloss
Mark IV replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Well, I feel inclined to put my vote on Haelbarde. But, that's just because I'm convinced of Hellscythe’s innocence. So, I wish to introduce a tie in today's lynch. If anyone is suspicious, let me explain. (I'm bad at expressing myself on forums) So far, to me at least, Hellscythe's actions seem to be encouraging discussion in the village. The PM group that he started last turn, the fact that he volunteered to be scanned, and his efforts to start discussion earlier today all lead me to believe that he's innocent. I might just be falling prey to a trap that has been sprung, but I still believe my guts. So, I shall try to prevent Hellscythe’s death until it is no longer required. EDIT: Forgot to add that I'm not suspicious of you Haelbarde, but I picked you by chance. Could've been anyone else. -

Half of these problems would just disappear if this were reality (i.e. if we all actually were in Tyrian Falls). But then again, we would all have died by now if there were actual spiked people among us. -

But, the eliminators may not have known that araris was a regular villager, and so, they thought your theory was sound. And, in killing Araris, they might have meant to rid the village of a Rioter? I don't really know, but, again, one can never be too sure. -

Well, in the first line, it says "My name is Unknown." The phrasing could have been put better to be like "...not known" And, the U is capitalised, so, that implies it is used as a proper noun. (FYI, incase you didn't know, my character's name is Unknown) Just a theory, but still, one can never be too sure. -

Umm, whoever gave the first tineye message, I'm not Mistborn, if that is what you're implying. I'm simply a person with a non-changing role. So, make that change in your notes. There Maill. I'm discussing. -
Me again! Thought I'd continue this thread. ThirdGen, I'd like to congratulate you on making me hear a very wierd song. Generally, where I come from, I'm the one who listens to wierd song, but this one beats them all! A 8/10 is what I'd give. And, now, for my turn, I propose this- Hope that formatting worked.

Meta, I was just reading night two's thread, and there, I read HS' post about alvron's lurcher and another one surviving indefinitely. So, I was wondering, if, supposedly, in the end, we had 2 non-spiked lurchers and a Spiked soother, would the game end in a tie? (I'm not specifically referring to any game, circumstance or prior knowledge. Just a hypothetical situation) Also, Meta, is the initial quotation mark included in the cryptic message or did you put it there? -

Okay, I'm not so sure I want this to be revealed publicly, so I'm putting it in code and will distribute it later to others. While we're on the topic of dead tineyes, GM, how will we know if (when all tineyes are dead) that the Mistborn, for the turn, is a tineye? Will it be announced? Will it be trial and error? -

Hellscythe, I just wanted to let you know that this is a night cycle, so your vote won't be counted. You may have already noticed this, but I'm just saying, to make sure. -

Wait! I thought Hael also had a vote on him. Did that get retracted? I couldn't read everything. I went to sleep, and BAM! 3 pages of post. -

Woo hoo! One spiked down. Err, how many more to go? IMO, that was a lot of emotional allomancy. And that is why I'm with smoking of people (I know! Smoking is bad for health!) . Could someone smoke me tonight? Another thing, who was suspicious of Lippen? I think that person is a Rioter. (I'm on my phone, and so it is rather difficult for me to check right now) Anyways, congratulations on catching our first spiked! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Four just stood in his spot. He was filled with joy at killing the first spiked! But, that was quite scary, in his opinion, that the votes were changed so dramatically. But, he felt that it was okay. If the town smokers burnt their copper effectively, that could afterall negate the soothing and rioting. -

Fine Wyrm, you have me pacified (for now!). (...Hmmm, whom do I point my finger at now...) -

The irony of this just makes me laugh. Wyrm wanted to start discussion on day one (atleast thats his alibi, if he is to be believed). So, he revealed his role. Now, he has a discussion alright, but it includes too much of him in it. (Not in a good way either). In reply to you Kasimir, I can only say that your exlaination of Wyrm's actions has neither strengthened my suspicion of him, nor has it reduced my suspicion. In fact, his reasons of telling you actually strengthen my suspicion a bit more. His reason might have been what he just came up with on the spot. But, this might just be my newness speaking here, as you can see that my experience with you guys is not a lot. (Almost zero actually). (And yes, I do have to comment on each and every post ) -

Anniversary Game 2: Return of the Koloss
Mark IV replied to Metacognition's topic in Sanderson Elimination
Well, that is one reason. Another way to see it, assuming you to be on the Spiked, side is that- 1) You could easily give this very alibi. 2) You could be garnering protection from village Coinshots in late game. 3) You're looking at whom to eliminate later. 4) This also essentially could have and can protect you from lynching as we, the villagers, don't want to lose an important resource. I know, I know. It looks like I am finding, some would say creating, reasons to make you look guilty, but I just want to make sure that an Eliminator does not slip right through our grasp.
