  1. 1. I agree that someone needed to know, But why did you trust him? Do you actually have any reason to not suspect him as an Eliminator? or are you just trusting your gut? 2. My mistake, I was thinking Kandra scanned during the day. I agree that they should be scanning for alignment, but they have control over what they want to do so you can't rule out that they'll scan for roles. Referring to what I marked in bold lettering, I have explained in the section above^
  2. Boldness mine. You say this as though those are the only 2 options, but Stink could be a Kandra (whether a loyal or a traitor) and could have found a forger by scanning him on D1. I'm not trying to defend stink, but I do think it's wise to view all of the options before condemning someone. Stink did say that no one had claimed to him until Wilson told him of Mail, so how could he have already had a forger claim to him? Unless I misread something than that doesn't make sense. So it makes more since that either 1. He's a Kandra. 2. He's an eliminator and they have a kandra on their team who found a forger. 3. He's just lying about knowing a forger. Edited to not double post: @Wilson Why did you relay what you had learned [in your PM with Stink] to Kipper?
  3. I had no idea who had what abilities because I honestly didn't use PMs that much. Stink did PM close to the start of night shift but all he said was "Hello" so I don't have much to contribute to the Stink suspicions. It's bad that we had to lose a Hemalurgist, and for all we know the HI could be an eliminator now (assuming he wasn't to begin with). So far I didn't really gain any information from PMs. My thoughts on Possibilities as to if the Suregebinder is an Eliminator or Loyal: Eliminators motives: Said "Wilson did it" to shift more suspicion on her so that we would try to lynch her, which could mean they want her dead since she's a good player, but maybe they can't kill her so that could mean that she was a Voidbringer(?) , OR Wilson is an Eliminator and this is part of a plan which I don't know what their motive could be. Loyal motives: Could have been trying to shift suspicion onto Wilson because either they have a reason to believe she's an eliminator, or they were trying to shift they suspicion away from someone else that they know to be good. I'd like to hear everyone else's opinions on why they think the Surgebinder would target Wilson.
  4. Emphasis mine, OK GUYS I HAVE BIG WARNING BELLS going off in my head. Ok so maybe the roleless did go to the HI, or maybe this is just a plot to draw those with roles out by them saying "WHAT THE HECK ROLELESS WHY DID YOU GO TO THE HI???" and therefore revealing that they were not the ones who went to the HI, which will be showing that they are not the roleless that went to the HI. I mean, if there is a smart roleless person they could come out and say "WHAT, why did you roleless go to the HI????" To draw the eliminators to them and away from those with abilities, but I have little faith in people and wanted to put this out there before our security was booted to outer space (or i guess away from space since we are already in space) This may not be true at all, and I know I might be targeted for this post, but this is a plan that came to my mind while reading Deathclutch's post and I do not want the eliminators to know every single loyalist that has a role. Edit: I know I double posted, sorry about that.
  5. @biggoron The fact that Lopen has been a bit inactive could be because 1. I'm using the same computer as him now so he doesn't have as much time to post. 2. It takes him a flippin long time to figure out what he wants to post. Also, whenever he would talk about his ongoing games to us IRL before, it seemed like he wasn't the one posting a lot, but rather just explaining to us what others had said and his thoughts on it. So you can't really base this on real life since now he can't talk to us about this game OR about whats going on in his PMs. I'm not saying he hasn't been inactive, I'm just stating legitimate reasons as to why he's been that way. And of course there's the obvious possibility that he's an eliminator. (ALSO I think he's posted more of his thoughts than you have...) Edit: For any of you that may not have known, I'm Lopen's and Biggoron's sister IRL)
  6. Kipper.... https://youtu.be/4RGt10EFKCs Edited so as to not double post: My thoughts on the whole Shallan thing is that the whole thing seemed pretty suspicious and it's sad that we lost a Kandra. I don't really have any suspicions on Wilson because she was just going with her own suspicions and I'm going to take Kipper at his word for now, but Bort's vote seemed easily swayed and I would like for him to explain why he agreed so quickly with Wilson and Kipper. I also am awaiting Creccio's explanation as to why he removed his vote on Bridge Boy as I know several of you have mentioned before me.
  7. Oh, really? I didn't know that, I thought that they could prevent any kind of kills because the description says,Elantrian - Elantrians are versatile and powerful, but aboard the ship, their role is to act as the doctor and medic. An Elantrian is able to use the AonDor to heal people of any injuries they may have, and so can protect a player of their choice each Night. This includes themselves. A player saved in this way will be revealed in the writeup. But am I wrong?
  8. I haven't had a good time to post up until now, so please forgive my past inactivity! Okay so, my thoughts on the HI- I don't see how it could be a good or bad thing for the Hemalurgists to reveal themselves to the HI because even though the HI could tell us their numbers we still can't know how much time we could possibly have before the HI could turn seeing as how we don't know any of the Hemalurgist's alignments. And on the note that all of the Hemalurgists could be eliminators it seems highly unlikely since they are basically roleless and would be of no use to their team. But if they were all Hemalurgists and were in contact with the HI and somehow got linked to an Elantrian it would be a bad thing if the Elantrians protected them because then we wouldn't be able to lynch the eliminators..Just a thought. Can someone scan the HI to see their alignment? EDIT: Is the HI confirmed as loyal from the beginning? Because if so my whole argument is invalid. Bridge Boy seemed to be the one with the most suspicion on him since he over-reacted to Alvron's joke, but it was only because he didn't view it as a joke only because he hadn't realized the win conditions had changed. He doesn't really seem suspicious at all. Also, Can someone post a tally of who has voted and taken off their votes? It'd be really helpful for those who don't have time to re-read all of the posts. I would do it but I'd probably miss some. I realize most of what I'm saying has already been said, but not by me, so I wanted to show my view of things even if others have had the same view, so that you know I have been paying attention. @Cow "We cannot put faith into this ally, but we CAN put in trust." While I do agree that he could be profitable, there is so much risk on him that it seems unwise to trust him wholeheartedly. I'm not saying that we shouldn't trust him at all, but what I'm trying to say is that we need to be careful of what information he obtains.
  9. @Adavantos I don't think people would kill you out of revenge. You guys were clever and deserved the win. Plus it'd be dumb if our allies killed one of you just out of spite since 1. We don't know what your abilities are. and 2. This is a new game and you shouldn't have suspicion held over you from the last one. It wouldn't surprise me though if the eliminators killed a few of you to make it look like revenge.
  10. So far I haven't really had any major suspicions since the only ones who most peopled deemed 'suspicious' just seemed to be having a bit of fun. I don't know who to place my vote on just yet, but I am planning to later in the day once I find someone I think could possibly be an eliminator (or I might just vote at random, you never know, it just depends on what people post later on). @Adavantos Your advice seems sound and I thank you for it since this is basically my first game! (Not sure if I should count the last game since it was so short! )
  11. So far no one has seemed too suspicious, and those that did seem to be earlier have cleared up my suspicions by their later posts. Also, I'm knew to this and don't really know what kind of abilities the Eliminators might have been given. Unless someone becomes super suspicious in these last few hours of D1, I highly doubt I'll put in a vote.
  12. @Clanky Oh riiiight, I keep forgetting that the HI can scan people, I'm dumb. I've read the roles like 3 times now so maybe that'll help. (and thanks for the tip I was wondering how to do that!) I guess I don't see anything wrong with the roleless/weaker people telling the HI who they are, since then he could let the Hemalurgists know and they could give them a better role and the HI wouldn't know what the new role was (right?). Edit: Also I was wondering, Can you PM the GM anytime? Or is that only at night as well? Just checking.
  13. Concerning my earlier stance on the HI, I would like to say that I wasn't being very open minded, and want to state the fact that after reading what all of you had to say on the matter that I do agree that we need to trust the HI seeing as how he is an ally, though I still think it would be best not to trust him wholeheartedly since he could eventually turn evil. Now that I understand more the position of the HI I would like to take my vote off of Alvron. (Happy Birthday, Orlok! and Happy Halloween to you all!)
