  1. Julie perked up at the sound of a voice. "Who's there?" she called out. She got up and started walking towards the voice. "Oh, thank Harmony I've found someone. I was getting really lonely out there." Julie kept walking until she found a young man. "Hi, I'm Julie from New Seran. Here to protest for worker's rights. What about you?"
  2. Julie huddled miserably against a wall, hungry beyond belief and sopping wet. She held her hand against her stomach and whimpered. So far, she'd missed two meals. Two meals! How did the others handle it? If Julie didn't get breakfast this morning, she might die of starvation. What would Mom think, if she saw Julie now? Or, oh Harmony, what if Dad saw her? He'd say he supported her right to experiment but it was clearly time to give up and go home where it would be safe and warm and she'd have food... Julie reached into a pocket and took out an earring. Her fingers, numbed by the cold, fumbled and dropped it into a puddle below. "Rust and Ruin," Julie muttered under her breath. She picked the earring up and wiped it on her damp shirt, not that it made any difference anyways. She could've sworn that back in New Seran, she'd heard Harmony tell her to come here. But now... Maybe she'd just imagined the whole thing. Harmony...if there was any time that I ever needed your guidance, it's now. Julie put the earring in and tried her best to meditate in the cold and the damp with empty belly in a city that she didn't know. What she would give if she could see any curl of mist, hear any word of advice, no matter how vague or insubstantial it was... Harmony stayed silent.
  3. And now I am on finally on page 12 of the total L35 thread. BR has defended a ton of players. As of page 12, Arinian, Cloud, Dalinar, Ecth, The Flash, Len, Lopen, PK, and I hadn't made or been on the receiving end of any significant player intetactions, such as votes or defenses.
  4. Right. Just remember, Hael's not going to take any kill orders you send in, and I am more than a glorified set of hands to type in who you want to kill. If you want to murder people, become a vigilante yourself.
  5. Woah woah woah, you do remember who the actual Ringleader is, right? I remember being the one to put in the order, not you. Alright. I suppose a Stink lynch wouldn't be very productive now. @STINK, I'm sorry if my actions upset you. I'm not sure about a Joe lynch. Are the lynches really set in stone now?
  6. Rand, maybe you didn't vote on Yitzi immediately because, oh, it was D1 and it always sucks to lose an elim teammate to the first lynch of the game? Perhaps you thought there was a fair chance of him surviving, and you figured that it would be safe enough if Yitzi distanced himself from you by voting on you and then retracting? For Asterion's quote: the tone of the whole thing just feels off. He seems resigned to dying. I can't know what was running through Aster's head as he wrote that, but I know that in my first game as an elim, I was scared to death that I would get caught. I was so convinced that I would be caught and horribly mobbed to death that I made a plan for my team to bus me. I could see another new elim thinking something similar.
  7. I still think we should lynch Stink. Let's say you don't particularly care about how his actions have negatively affected players. Stink is still a Thief that has probably sided with the elims. He's going to keep stealing more vials until he completes his win con or dies. Stink has already shown that he shows no compunction about stealing from major roles. Stink is a walking roleblock who has likely sided with the elims. And then there's the fact that his actions have hurt players. Blackmail and coersion are all good until players get upset.
  8. I haven't payed very much attention in the past few days because I'm sick, and haven't felt up to any exertion, whether it was physical, emotional, or mental. Sorry about that. If by the end of this Day I haven't made any significant contributions, please prod me with a few PMs.
  9. Rand, in this case, there is ample reason to suspect that the Neutral in question is blatently anti-village/pro-elim. As of D1, Joe hadn't actively aided the elims/hurt the village. Also, Stink is a criminal. He's a thief that steals valuable vials of metal for the heck of it. Val-Jean got thrown in prison for stealing a slice of bread so he wouldn't die of startvation. So whatever Joe has done, Stink has done worse. And at least Joe reformed as an Honest man.
  10. I get that Wilson said that Neutrals should be able to walk on the line between village and elim, but this is definitely picking one side over the other. Stink. I'm pretty sure that Stink would have revealed this out of spite before he died, or that the elims already know. I'm not giving him the satisfaction of a pre-death infodump. I am the RINGLEADER, ASSASSIN OF THE NIGHT, CONFIRMED VILLAGE ROLE. Last night, I put a kill order on Straw. As you can see, it did not go through. Several players knew this, but I know Stink did not hear it from me.
  11. Maybe it's just me, but I get an overcompensating vibe from this. This reaction feels a lottle over-the-top. It feels like something that a villager would say after several days of village lynches, not on N2.
  12. I'm going to finish up my D1 network analysis (today, I hope. Seriously, trawling through 23 pages for D1 is insane.). Should be able to get something up about Yitzi.
  13. I just started network analysis of D1, and geez, everyone talks a lot. So far I've only made it to page 10. At this point, BR had a ton of village reads, Straw was the focus of a ton of suspicion and votes, and Joe is the focus of some votes/suspicion. Nothing really usegul at this point.
  14. Bolded text is for emphasis. Rand. Asterion,, where did someone day that Aman's meta is different from here? I know you said you'd be gone, but I'm curious how a new player would know about that. If anyone else can point to a post where someone commented about Aman's normal playstyle, that would also be appreciated.
  15. I'll take a look at Asterion once I'm in a better position to do so. Hopefully, I can do some network analysis today, if I can find the right materials. >.< Mobiles suck.
  16. Wow, that was so much shorter than Yitzi and Randuir. In the beginning of the game, Lopen jokes around. A lot of it is fluff. Lopen summarizes the thread a little and says he's suspicious of Stick. He jokes around more and says that he can't focus too well and has a cold. (Fair enough.) Lopen banters around some more. He says he has a village read on Straw. Lopen agrees with Aman that Straw is a bad lynch. Lopen says that he's ambivalent about Randuir, thinks BR is village, and agrees with Wilson about Yitzi. He says that there isn't very much substance in the thread, which I agree with. There's a lot of fluff, which is great when it's being made, but very annoying for all the poor people on mobile who have to scroll through it. Lopen also has a vote tally, so he's keeping track of discussion. Lopen says that he made a mistake in the vote tally, so he went back and fixed it. He asks people to stop making Aman sad. Fluff post. Lopen says that he has to leave now, but when he comes back, he'll vote, probably for Yitzi or Stick. Lopen says that anybody who wants to change the direction of the lynch should speak up sooner rather than later, and he's surprised that there's so many votes on Rand. Lopen points out that Rand isn't a rookie elim. Lopen considers Wilson's tinfoil. Lopen normally comes up with paranoid theories, so it's fairly standard for him. He expands on Wilson's tinfoil. Lopen votes on Yitzi, probably because of Aman's reasoning. He thinks Straw might be village and the votes on Rand are to save Straw. There's more stuff, but after skimming through it, I really don't think there's anything too relevant. There's no point in just summarizing posts. Overall, Lopen feels very relaxed about the game. He's thinking, but not too hard. I think Lopen's a villager who's not in tryhard mode now, which would make sense because of the headache he mentioned. I'm not entirely sure if part of my gut read is due to his naturally friendly vibes (because no one wants to lynch a friendly guy). Leaning village, will check later to see if Lopen puts more effort into the game later.
  17. Probably, yeah. It would also help with D1. I'm pretty sure I'm kind of tunnelling on you at this point, though. I really should look at what Lopen's said. >.<
