  1. Except I tend to be more suspicious of those who claim they are leaving and will be inactive, as one game when I was an Eliminator I attempted that. It is a good strategy, especially if everyone else agree not to lynch temporary inactives. Except, that is one way they win. Doing something risky. I could easily see them sacrificing one of their own to a powerful player/role from our side.
  2. Sorry about everything and if it seems like I am leaving you guys struggling. I was really busy today, and as such, maybe logged in 3 times for less than 5 minutes. I will help as much as I can, just it is sort of difficult to if I don't have time.Check my account before placing a vote on me Sorry for not being on. Looking back through everyone, I am getting a few vague suspicions, but nothing concrete enough to share, more down at the bottom section. Have to say, that was good summaries and comments. Well done. So, I don't know how to feel about you, Snoopy. You have seemed to have contact with an important role, or at least a chain, but then this day your replies have seemed off to me. More important, when I see this quote "Clanky.Because he's suspicious and because Winter doesn't need to die." I immediately view it as you trying to protect Winter. Any particular good reason why?
  3. Overall, I think I agree with freezing the PM worlds, as it prevents people from more overt manipulation, and people will get a degree more of familiarity with the people in their world, allowing them to potentially catch them. Of course, the reverse is also true, the Eliminators can put more influence onto someone, but I think it is still a boon.
  4. I think I agree with Meta on this point, provided Ruin takes into account several things. Killing inactives is a good idea, but, if they aren't inactive and just haven't been posting, I generally think that is more of a reason for a death. Logging on and not participating is bad in general, and sometimes is a sign of an Eliminator. As there are no information gathering rules, we need to be especially vigilant for anything that seems off, and leverage our PMs to the best ability. I am storming good this time Meta, don't you dare kill me Currently, I'm not getting a strong feeling about anyone, so I will keep my vote to myself for now.
  5. Sure, I'll join one of these again. Animus, a darkeyes from Roshar, who isn't quite sure what is going on or how he got here. Well, that is what he appears as. He might know more than he lets on...
  6. Ok, seriously, you all write a lot. I still haven't caught up in either Dalles or Portland, and it seems like every time I look away, another page has sprung from the Question topics.
  7. Yes please. And I may have also marathoned Steelheart and Mitosis before reading it.
  8. So I just finished Firefight kjshkdshfksadhfkljhsa That was great
  9. Yup. Someone could punch him, or drop him from height, and he would be no worse for wear, but if, say, someone with Hulk level strength hit him, Vis would go flying like a normal human, just not get hurt. It would annoy him greatly, though.
  10. Well, Quota already screwed up Mundivore, and him meeting any of my Dalles Epics would result in mass death and confusion, I'd say no.
  11. Ok, then I will keep him like that. ....And I really want to read Firefight now.
  12. Ahh. I originally meant for them to be unbreakable by any means, but that might not be wanted. Any thoughts on it?
  13. Vis can take any amount of physical punishment, as the forcefield inside him protects him, but he is an ordinary human with regards to everything else.
  14. If someone feels like Vis is too similar, and I should pick someone else, I will, otherwise, I think I will use Vis at this point.
  15. Apologize, still trying to catch up and find everything I missed. Here is a more extended Vis Vires bio, if it is too similar, I will switch over. Poise
  16. Either Vis Vires or Poise, quick one word to describe them. Vis Vires: Forcefields, Poise: Knowledge/predictive.
  17. So, a couple more questions. When you say that Firefight tanked a couple Epic ideas, (heh) when I read it will I have recreate some of the ideas I have posted? Also, if Astoria is starting, any objections if I use on of the High Epics from the background of the Hawaii Epics?
  18. Schedule Stablized!

  19. Hey everyone, my schedule stabilized, so I think I will be able to participate in this again. Anyone willing to give me a short summary of what has happened between the end of November and now? Anything important I've missed and such. Also, I give you Hawaii, as I said I would create a while back: It took me a decent bit to write all of that up,and consolidate the characters I had floating in my mind. Thoughts? Suggestions? Comments? Sidenote: I am getting my copy of Firefight Tuesday, and I am incredibly jealous of all of you right now.
  20. I'll shift them into NPC status, and feel free for them to do whatever.
  21. Taking a break as my schedule is too hectic to post or view regularly

  22. Sorry I have been so inactive, but I don't see my schedule letting up. I will be withdrawing for the foreseeable future, at least until I can get more time to be one. As to not inconvenience anyone, if my characters are needed, anyone can write for them. Hopefully I will be able to rejoin, but it won't be for some time. Apologies.
  23. So I have gotten really busy, and unfortunately, I don't see it letting up in the close future. As such, I think I will have to withdraw from this. Sorry everyone, it looked really cool and I think I will try to keep up, but I won't have the time to commit to this. Apologies.
  24. My ultimate plan that never got implemented was to help you guys and kill people I thought were blatantly good, like Raid, until later in the game where I switch over and kill whoever I think is the most dangerous, trying to hide among the chaos. But noooo, you had to go an kill me. Why would I want to kill the Mitosis role? That doesn't even make sense. It's not like you were one of the biggest threats in the game, no that wouldn't make sense. Seriously though, it was a fun game, and I'm looking forward to the next iteration.
  25. I enjoyed the game. Actually getting killed when I was was somewhat good, as I sort of got too busy, but seriously, I was helping! You shouldn't have killed me!
