    what I mean is that this is four hundred years from current canon. stuff needs to be updated. now you can have the additional settings of shatter rounds, stasis rounds and explosive rounds

    he wont try to destroy Astoria. He doesn't do that anymore. we'll work on what the other epics missions in Oregon might be. It could be that Stormeggedon is closer to Oregon than any other major source of influence in the world.

    the definition of arrogance is having an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities. you say he cant destroy every problem that comes his way. well the problem with that is that he doesnt believe you. also, yes. but a person who can destroy buildings with a blast and a half would be darn hard to capture. at any moment if he were to be pinned down or trapped he could just blow himself up. maybe you could have a sniper placed near his point of reincarnation taking him out every five hours. eventually, one of the snipers will miss or hesitate, and he will choose another place to reincarnate. and Harkness as well. Okay, I think thats a little too convienient for me now... maybe it does bother Antimatter. sort of like an extreme (and I mean this in a more or less figurative way) hangover. you drink the alcohal (dies) and then the next day you feel the after effects.

    the thing is, he uses his reincarnation powers as a weapon in and of itself. he would go in, attack people, get killed, come back kill more people and cause more destruction and maybe get killed again. he would repeat this process until there was nothing left to destroy. then he would calm down and move on. they weren't mistakes. They were strategy. edit: Okay maybe they were a really blunt strategy with lots of holes and possibilities, but it worked.

Just think: you are an epic with enough strength to destroy a small town in a matter of hours. no one can kill you. no one has ever really managed to stop you. you lived your life playing by your own rules, killing those who bothered you too much. you think you know everything because you quite nearly do. then some wannabe genie comes and smashes your head against a table. that's not idiocy. that's perspective.

    that wasn't how his powers worked, doesn't count. when antimatter gets angry he uses his powers to get what he wants. he's still an epic and an arrogant chull of one at that. If I made it so he didn't get angry and act on that anger then I would probably be breaking the laws of canon.

    hooded, yellow eyes. he's shaved bald and dressed in black. I picture him with a huge scar across his throat from maybe where he had gotten shot by a blaster or something. but he wears a sort of turtle neck robe so nobody sees it. also it might be good idea to update some of the equipment you guys are bringing in. Things like the AT-3 thunderclap would be, like, the AT-87 annihilator

    she's smart. like Taravangian. she knows a lot and can guess the future a bit, but has a massive blind spot towards how people will react. This is complimented by the fact that she doesn't know this.

    well, she will never really appear in the RP, but here it goes. stormeggedon is largely unknown, except in some circles, (Ragnarok is really her only recruiter) though she has a small following of both minor and major epics. she will be the motivation for some other characters I might use for other RPs. she has a long range mental influence perk that allows her to supplement thoughts to her minions. powers mission: she wants to kill any epic who isn't under her command and dominate the world. (dun dun duuuunnn!) I am thinking of writing a war story between her and the ones who used to rule Arsington, the town that she is based in. Arsington

    Really? Ive never had trouble with them before. in fact a few of them are still wondering who stole the declaration of independance. and the crown jewels... and Amelia earharts landing gears... or walt disneys dragon... and there is still that one guy that is looking for me after that incident with excalibur, but he's not a cop so it doesnt count.
