Nah, these are Striker's posts since I revealed. Doesn't believe my claim. Pairs me on a team with Wizard (thinks we're E/E) Then frustration about Referee discussion. You might be thinking about Sart, who posted this: But as has been stated by the GM: If you believe I'm Neutral, it's counter-intuitive to kill me over someone that will effect your win con. My role is only slightly harmless, especially considering I don't plan on killing more World Cuppers than I need to (which is two). ED1T: Ninja'd To clarify, I don't believe the other World Cupper roles are neutral. I think they are sprinkled among villagers and eliminators.

Mhm. So if v!Striker thought I was a Villager fake claiming neutral, he'd want to encourage it, no? Pay the gambit forward? So the only conclusion is that he thinks I'm an elim. He doesn't even give room for me being honest.

Fair I was thinking about that second bit from Fadran's perspective. I would expect e!Fadran to not panic in thread and have teammates reassuring him. Also more aware of when the turn ends. He's reacting like he's being hung out to dry, so that lines up more with a flailing villager imo. ED1T: Current Vote Count: ED2T: Here's my thing with Striker. Doesn't believe my role claim, but hasn't read most of the game yet. Ties me with Wiz, who was up for execution around that time. Notably does not vote for either of us. Expresses frustration about Referee-related discussion. I guess my question here, if Striker is Village and he thinks I'm an elim fake claiming to distract the village, why not vote me? If Striker is Village and he thinks I'm a villager fake claiming to distract the elims, I would expect him to be sympathetic considering he did that in MR56. Feels off.

I’m keen for a cheeky Striker vote. His response to my claim felt counter-village, whereas Sart appears to be rightly paranoid. I want to ask @Sart the same question I did Striker (that he’s dodged since). You say my role claim has been a black hole for discussion, but what else can we discuss on D1 of a blackout? I unnecessarily revealed information to help the village start off with some data and to reaction test the World Cuppers / Non World Cuppers for my win con. Surely that makes more sense than e!Me immediately fake claiming neutral. That would be a better ploy in a later cycle, to delay the conversation around me as long as possible. Not invite it immediately. ED1T: Point is, I could see your fervor making sense if there was a reason to be suspicious of me before and I claimed this to buy time. I came forward on my own, however, when there was little else to discuss. Meet JNV, this is their thing But they're right. Why not you isn't very helpful / usually a distraction. If you want to prove your villageryness, you need to do villager stuff, like look for suspects, prod them with questions, and present conclusions in thread

Pretty much agreed on Fadran. Also feels too "hung out to dry" to be an elim atm I'm leaning V on Archer personally. Don't love his voters. Stick is... like I see where Orlok is coming from and it's a naturally compelling line of attack compared to alternatives. So that's a plus in my eyes. And I kinda feel like Stick's pushes today have been underwhelming. Off of Wizard onto Tani? I feel like there was enough discussion up to that point to end up somewhere more useful. To clarify, the roles I'm aware of are Football themed, not World Cup themed. That's just how I originally hinted at my role before I decided to outright claim, and World Cuppers sounded like a more fun term than Footballers
