  7. So, this is a classic forum game. The typical version goes like this: Person1: *inserts coin* Person2: You get a sock! *inserts coin* Person3: You get a potato! *inserts coin* and so on. It can be as random as you like. However, since this is the 17th Shard, who cares about regular coins? *inserts boxing* and so it begins.
  8. I'm sorry, I need to regain a copy...
  9. Nightblood would totally win.
  10. Oh! Is it the Gideon Trilogy? The first book being The Time Travelers?
  11. Yes. Just yes.
  12. I loved those talks too. What fabric are you using? I considered just following the pattern and cutting it up into strips, and then add a second layer underneath if needed.
  13. We came to the conclusion that you are not a pancake mix. We never said you weren't a pancake.
  14. So, I need help. What material would I use for a mistcloak?
  15. I'm currently a high schooler, but looking to go to college in a couple years. But Winter, you're in middle school? And you can find the time to run a SE game?
  16. Granted, but he must help you while you listen to the sound of kittens dying. I wish that I had friends.
  17. Szeth at the end of WoR
  18. I was more worried about the chocolate pudding that I left in my locker. Food totally takes priority.
  19. That doesn't sound quite as weird as what my younger brother did once. So, I was babysitting for my four younger brothers, and was required to make them lunch. Since the youngest is allergic to nuts, I made him a "jam sandwich" instead of the typical PBJ. When he saw the sandwich, he was upset. "But I wanted ham and cheese and ketchup on my jam sandwich!" Begrudgingly, I put some ham and ketchup on the already-made jam sandwich. He ate every single bite. When my mom returned home, he asked her to make a similar sandwich. She refused.
  20. Could it be WARP: The Reluctant Assassin? It's been ages since I've read it.
  21. I love... yodeling? RFYHJUYYHRFTG (literally just smashed my forehead against the keyboard)
  22. But, at her highest power, Vin However, I still think Vin would win. Because atium.
  23. Basically. Bomb threats are very stupid as why would you notify someone before bombing them? And if there was actually a bomb, the bomber wouldn't say anything. Despite this, no one wants to be the one to ignore a bomb threat, and then have it actually happen. It's a risk one cannot take. It's just a huge inconvenience for everyone. And now I'm worrying about car accidents, as I am just learning how to drive, despite having my learner's for quite a while now. I'm just one of those people who will worry, I suppose. Feeling a bit better, though.
  24. So I've been rereading the Mistborn trilogy, this time actually with knowledge about the cosmere, and I noticed something somewhat odd. So, WoK is where we get most of our Hoid characterization. This witty, sarcastic character is very noticeable in his appearance in Warbreaker. However, the Hoid we see in Elantris and Mistborn is a humble, low-class person helping out the good guys. The Hoid we know and love borrowed his name from someone else. Could this someone else be another worldhopper, the Hoid we see in Elantris and Mistborn? Thoughts? Counterproof? This is going on a stretch, but I wanted to see what you guys think.
  25. Last Friday, I watched Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure for the first time in years. It was quite entertaining.
