Not sure. I think he's too weak for Astoria though.

After he evaporates he can use the water in the atmosphere to create copies of himself. Or he can just reform his body right where he became a puddle in the first place.

I saw it once a long time ago but the powers aren't exactly the same, they're way better. And the powers weren't based on it in any way.

So what do you guys think of "The Human Puddle". He will have to power to turn himself into a puddle but he can't control the water that he turns into. I'll go into more detail on his powers on the epics of Oregon page if I get a good response. That last sentence was totally a lie, whether or not you guys like him I'm putting him there.

The "vile creature" that "warned me" about the cookies was my good friend Shattered Logic. He's also the one who introduced me to Brandon Sanderson and told me about this site.

I've been warned about the cookies so no thanks. As for my favorite, I'm not really sure, I like all of his works.
