I would love to join. I very much enjoyed in universe discussions of morality (mainly in Mistborn) and would greatly enjoy taking part in them.

Odium may be the most dangerous but Harmony is the most powerful (I figure this because he holds the power of two shards and all of the other shardholders only have one).

You Know You're a Sanderfan When...

when you get really excited when the answer to a math problem is either 10 or 16. -
I started with Mistborn. My brother gave me the first one for Christmas 3 years ago and I loved it and I quickly finished the other two and moved on to his other works.

You Know You're a Sanderfan When...

When you realize that if we used the terms Before Sazed (BS) and After Ascension (AA) as year markers in the cosmere, the first (when shortened to BS) are Brandon's first and last initials. -
I will be social and not be on 17th shard or reading during all of my free time. I will stop playing games on 17th shard (Guess the..., and 7 tropes of Brandon Sanderson). I will not get excited when I see that I start a new page on a thread.

When you see a license plate and the letters are Kae you immediately think of Elantris Edit: I hate auto-correct. -
Possible ending to the Stormlight Archive - 1st 5 books
gjustice99 replied to Sasukerinnegan's topic in Stormlight Archive
Jut throwing something out there, maybe the "Broken One" is Honor. He is Shattered, after all, that could be considered broken. This is just an idea, I think it is much more likely to refer to Odium, but it is still a possibility. -
yeah but they could make lifeless zombie movies and sell them on other shardworlds where they would be scary.

Well, I know they aren't unusual but there are also Marewill flowers.

I saw something that hinted that we have seen another cognitive shadow from the Idaho Falls signing And the only thing that we have seen that could be a cognitive shadow that we haven't been outright told is one is the Stormfather. Link is here.

17th shard?

These are more Sci-fi than Brandon (not fantasy) but I read both Prey and Jurassic Park (yes, its a book and the movie strayed pretty far) by Michael Chrichton and they are both very amazing novels. Back to fantasy, Garth Nix's Keys to the Kingdom are awesome. The Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer is also amazing (its it the teen books range but its still really good). A dystopian book I recently had to read for English class was very good its called We by Yevgeny Zamyatin (the version translated by Natasha Randall). Its a tough read but it has a great ending. It may be hard to get though, both in the buying and understanding sense, but its a great book.

The book series I started out with when I was young were Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Garth Nix's Keys to the Kingdom (which are amazing and I highly recommend) and the Artemis Fowl (which I also recommend) series. Percy Jackson gave me my love of mythology and made me love fantasy. My brother gave me the first Mistborn book for Christmas two years ago and I absolutely loved it and read the second and third and when I finished, I knew that I had never read any other book that could compare to those. I read all of the other cosmere novels after that. Brandon's books are what got me into the worldbuilding side of fantasy.

Series you were disappointed with...
gjustice99 replied to ProfessorMLyon's topic in Entertainment Discussion
The Percy Jackson and the Olympians was this for me. I started the series when I was 10 (all the books of the first series were out) and I absolutely loved them. The were my favorite series. When the Heroes of Olympus came out, I was very disappointed with the first one, the second third and fourth were better but the last one just didn't cut it for me. It may just be because I'm not the little kid I was when I began the series, but I don't think that's it. I think it's because it was the last book and a) it was full of plot holes and b ) had a bunch of loose ends that were not tied and a very dissatisfying ending about some characters. Don't get me wrong, I love certain parts of i but, for a final book about characters that made up the majority of my childhood, it wasn't enough for me, and I know I'm not the only one. -
Playing Musical Instruments anyone ?
gjustice99 replied to Queen Elsa Steelheart's topic in Entertainment Discussion
I play clarinet and just started playing bass clarinet this year and I absolutely love it! I've been playing the clarinet for 5 years now and I still enjoy it. I am in the marching band as well as my school's top band. -
Well, even with that, what he did probably helped her power with pewter.

I feel like there is room for many different feeling about everything that Reen did to Vin. Please cast your vote before reading on (I do not wish to influence your vote with my opinion).
