    I'm not saying that each Cosmere religion only lines up to one real world one. Some may have multiple connections. The ones I posted are just connections I have seen. Also in regards to the connection between Buddhism and Pathism, Buddhism is also a fairly open religion that focus on being a good person from what I understand.

    You posted about the same one as I did! Upvote for you! I hate that it took an ENTIRE book to defeat the first villan but in the second series the actual showdown lasts only a page! Though I do disagree with what you said about: SPOILER I'm gonna be honest and say that the only reason that I finished the series is because I wanted to know what happened to the characters. I was so angry that he didn't say what happened to them. Also Blood of Olympus Spoilers Don't even get me started on how many things he probably stole from J K Rowling because I am in the process of making a list.

    So the religions in the Cosmere are all based on real religions. I want to see which Cosmere religions are based on which Real World religions. My Thoughts: Vorinism=Hinduism (caste system=callings) Survivorism=Christianity (obviously) Pathism=Buddhism If you have any ideas for any other Cosmere religions connection to real world religions post them here, or if you disagree with any connections I've made post below as well.
