  1. You can never watch too much of that show. Never.
  2. Great. Now the following conversation is headcanon. Edit: pir2h, Koschei was a healing/resurrection Epic who tried to take over The Dalles. His first appearance is in the first The Dalles post, where he does something so evil it's widely considered a point of no return (referred to by TVTropes as a Moral Event Horizon.)
  3. I'd say a 2. Maybe 1.5. Koschei stopped at shooting the pastor. Although the circumstances were different….and if he could have zombified him, he would have….and he was kind of declaring himself a god instead of getting married….so….okay, yeah, Koschei is worse.
  4. Thanks. There are a lot of great things about the US, but the higher educational system—where you pay thousands of dollars to maybe pass a class with a teacher who may or may not care whether or not you fail—is not one of them.
  5. I'm just hoping I get a passing grade. I'm paying a fair chunk of money to deal with her, so if I try my hardest and still fail, I'm going to to be seriously upset.
  6. This horrific future can be prevented if Lightwards refrains from being a meanieface. (Thanks )
  7. Sequel, sung to the tune of this song right here.
  8. Wait—why are you marrying her again?
  9. Wait. You're thinking of giving Nighthound an ally? whoosh Did you hear that? That was your Personal Evilness Score™ going up to 7.
  10. 1. Can she affect Epics? 2. How painful is her poison? 3. How long would it affect Nighthound?
  11. Back when it was just Lightwards, I'd say a 4, but since you've added Vondra, Sam, and Revolution, it's probably down to a 3. I wouldn't take it lower than that because of how much you love tormenting Backtrack. Yeah…. Although my most sadistic characters are dead, killed in pretty karmic ways. 4 or 5. Nighthound bumps up the rating quite a bit, but I get the sense his evilness is only there to make his demise all the more satisfying.
  12. He's not fond of cats, but he'd let them go, too. Those poor animals did nothing to deserve the Jagers and must be freed immediately. It was meant to be, but if you'd care to rate me on a scale of 1 (you're about as evil as a fluffy bunny and just as harmless) and 10 (um, I just said your name, and Lightwards immediately curled up in the fetal position while Nighthound broke into a grin) you're welcome to do so.
  13. After getting the dogs out. Jeez, how evil do you think I am?
  14. You forgot the part where he brings a bag of live grenades to the Jagers'. And a Catholic priest to exorcise the place.
  15. Hindsight is 20/20, and Remington has only become a better marksman since then. I'm sure Present!Remington could hit Reader's smug little face at 100 yards.
  16. I'd say 500% more gun violence, but the Doctor doesn't use guns, so 100% is an accurate statistic. I do believe they will indeed be quite awesome.
  17. Because back then, he had not yet adopted his very prudent policy of "shoot first, ask questions, and shoot again." However, if there were a time-traveling Epic capable of traveling years into the past, Future!Remington would advise Past!Remington to shoot the slontze. And they would both shoot.
  18. I was thinking more along the lines of what would happen when Jingleberry left mistletoe up, and Nighthound passed by at the same time as anyone female…..
  19. If Jingleberry makes it back to Astoria around the same time Lucentia brings Nighthound back with her, things will approach Poe-like horror rather quickly.
  20. I thought I was ahead of the game, already having made the required 6 original posts in the discussion forum for one of my classes. As it turns out, today's post brought me up to 4 total. And this is for the teacher who, when I got a C on my last assignment and emailed her asking how I could improve, sent me back a very curt "Read the comments." Which I did, and found them terse at best and downright rude at worst. I'm starting to think she doesn't care whether I pass or not. On the upside, there are a few more weeks left in class, so I can at least get up to my required 6 posts within the next two weeks.
  21. I don't know if we were planning on doing that now, or waiting until after the CorpseMaker war. Was Lucentia planning on going back to Astoria after that? If so, it might make more sense to start an Astoria thread when their Queen returns; but if we wanted to start one now, perhaps you could tell us what kind of court intrigue would be going on in her absence? (Also, if/when we start an Astoria thread, would The Financier, a resurrection Epic whose deaths cause him to see numbers as increasingly violent living entities, be allowed?)
  22. I'd join, but I don't have a ton of time this semester. Like in the old computer game.
