  1. 'That other sperm.' Hehehehehehehehe Edit: Realized it's that and not from. Curse my sleep-deprived brain!
  2. SHIPFATHER DISAPPROVES OF THIS SHIPPING. IT IS AN UNNATURAL SHIP THAT WILL HERALD THE RETURN OF THE SMUTBRINGERS. *sends a highship to destroy all traces of this shipping*
  3. I totally read your inner monologue in John Cleese's voice. 'Look you st**** bastard, you've got no arms left!"
  4. Good choice. I've listened to more than one Epica song, and although they're a good band I haven't fallen in love with Simons' voice like I did with Den Adel and Wessels's. Butholyshitsheisaredheadyesilikeredheadsdontjudgeme *shifty eyes*
  5. Were they both glowing, and was one screaming about how he was Truthless and that Extending the thread - you know you're a Sanderfan when you head out to the shopping mall, look around at everyone committing the despicable act of baring their safehands in public and judge them all. Silently. Nonstop. It was horrifying! Bare palms, fingers and fingernails swishing by, trying to seduce me!
  6. That's not the Skybreaker glyph. Think it's Dustbringer... *checks* No, Edgedancer.
  7. Before he became ol' Ironeyes, I mean. I do the same too! Don't really give a rust about it being inappropriate.
  8. I would be a Leecher. And the world would fear me. In hushed whispers, they would call me the 'Mistslayer', or 'Hazekiller Reborn'. Any Misting/Mistborn I touch would become impotent within the blink of an eye, and with my superior physical conditioning, I'd make short work of them.
  9. I just started listening to it. Chorus is... wow.
  10. When having downvoted them, you stare at the computer screen all night, whispering possible Commands to break them and make them yours, so eventually you can have an undead, unstoppable army. Wait, what?
  11. There is one. It's called 'The Eleventh Metal', and it used to be exclusive to the Mistborn Adventure Game, but due to the Shardhunt you can now view it for free at Sanderson's website. Enjoy. As for my favorite character, I'd really like to go for Kelsier, but I'll opt for the hipster option in this case and go for Marsh. If ever a short story were to be written of him, it should be called Eyes of a Seeker.
  12. No, not him. He got the ARC of Stones Unhallowed, which is around 250 USD. Someone though, has obtained the Bridge Four perk. Who it is, we have yet to know.
  13. Wasn't the question phrased as 'what would an aluminium savant be able to do'? Yeah, I'd say you're right, but I think a spike grants more power than what a savant would experience - with the former, you just get stronger and can do the same things better, while the latter grants a smaller power boost but gives you a better understanding of what you can do with it. That's how I see it, anyway, and it's entirely possible it could just be the same like Hemalurgy's power boosts, only weaker.
  14. You storming rich... rich... lighteyes! Next we'll have someone tell us 'I was the one who stumped up 6000 USD to be a part of Bridge Four'!
  15. I'm actually not certain being a savant is the same as having a spike. I'd argue that the latter provides only a raw increase in power, while the former doesn't quite have the same power increase, but provides you with the ability to use your power in far more varied ways. Essentially, one gains power through understanding (savants, due to their constant usage) and another understanding through power (spiked people), if that makes sense.
  16. WoB has it that an aluminium savant can cleanse themselves of impurities, which I take to mean foreign Investiture and poison.
  17. And you'd also deprive your side of one less Shardbearer who would be more effective fighting alongside you, then if you'd taken up both Blades yourself. It also means you're at risk of losing more Shards if you fall, and you'd need more space to maneuver two Blades, I think. The best usage I can think of for a second Blade is essentially for assassination, whether for foiling it or for making sure it succeeds. Anything that requires surprise, really. Ah right, I'd forgotten about Smokestance. However, I think a stance isn't all about its postures; it's more about the philosophy behind it, although this could just be me projecting my love of the lightsaber forms onto Shardblade stances.
  18. Never doubt Swimmingly. Whenever we think we've seen the best (or worst) of him, he comes up with better (or worse). His mind is unfathomable, beyond our understanding. We can only try to grasp the merest hints that bubble up to its murky surface. But even that is an enigma. All who have swum deeper into his mind have... come back irregular, if at all. Beware.
  19. Thanks, Captain Obvious!
  20. inb4 rule 34-ing of the Metallic Arts. *runs*
  21. Why would someone want to sell a bullsword?
  22. OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!! (Sorry I couldn't resist) Well, it kills you, so no one knows (although it'd be interesting to see what would happen if you spiked a Nalthian's soul away). I have no idea for the second, but unspiked Inquisitors, barring the spikes that keep them alive, would be much like a normal person who removed their Hemalurgic spike I suppose. And yes, you can apparently. There's a WoB floating around. But it'd do strange things, I think.
  23. I don't think you're allowed to dual-wield in duels. I've never seen anyone do so, although it could just be because people only bond one Blade. And I presume any dual-wielding would use Flamestance - it's meant for a one-handed grip after all. However, I'd say all of them can be attuned to the usage of two Blades, much like the lightsaber forms in Star Wars. And yes, you can bond two Honorblades.
  24. No, bad Swim! No! *slaps* It's not polite to Lurch yourself towards your friends and scare them by screaming 'THE HECKLESTORM COMES!'
  25. You can, but there's an upper limit to the charge a spike has IIRC. The faster the spike gets reused the less the Investiture that seeps out.
