Started to read Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone the other day, it's fun to see the differences in the 2 versions

I havent read Alcatraz either, fortunately they are his only books (not including WoT) that aren't set in the cosmere

started reading Shadow of the Hegemon last night, trying to get ready for Shadows in Flight by rereading Enders Game, Ender in Exile, Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, Enders Shadow and Shadow of the Hegemon after that I am going to read Children of the Mind, Shadow Puppets and Shadow of the Giant considering I never got around to reading them.

Unless his only intention of coming to Sel was to kill Aona/Skai, then Elantris being the only thing destroyed would make sense considering that that is where Aona's well of power is (do those things have a name?) Remember Odium is not Ruin it is Hate/Dishonor his goal isn;t to destroy the other shards planets, it's to kill the shards themselves.

I think he would be a good Sazed judging from the google pics that I just looked up of him, I don't know how old those are though and if he's geting up in years it might be hard for him to do the battle scenes in WoA and HoA

wait, do we know if these trilogies will be in chronological order? How cool would it be if trilogy 2 is a modern/futuristic Scadrial and trilogy 3 is set 1000s of years before the Lord Rulers ascension. or if the 2nd is set similar to modern times and the 3rd instead of being all sci-fi and stuff it is all post apocallyptic. (oh wait that was the deal with the first 3 books )

So with the news that mistborn will probably getting a video game based off of it I thought I should start a topic dedicated to disscussion of what we would like to see in this game. I personally think it would be better to base the game of the world of the final empire and set the game entirely in Luthadel rather then base game off of the events in the book, however if it were to be a direct adaption from book to game I would like to say that I can't count how many times I have been playing assassin's creed and thought that with just a few gameplay tweaks and a change of environment that it would be just like Mistborn. Another way I would like this game is similar to the Elder Scrolls series and make it a open world RPG, If they were to do it this way It would be AMAZING. Of course If it were an open world RPG I wouldnt mind if you were restricted to Luthadel itself, as long as the city was massive, ( I'm thinking at least 2/3 of the size of Oblivion and a realistic population. instead of caves and ruins being the dungeons like in Oblivion you could raid the High Nobility's keeps or go crawling in the sewers hunting down Skaa theiving crews. and the guilds of oblivion would be replaced with the any of the great houses, the steel ministry, or the Skaa rebellion you can join up with one and rise through the ranks by performing tasks for your faction, but although joining one guild gains you some allies you would also gain a large number of enemies. For classes you could be any of the 8 basic mistings or a Hazekiller, and later on get more allomantic abilities through Hemalurgic spikes. Anyways thats my idea of what I would want in a mistborn video game, what do you guys think of it? Feel free to expand on my ideas as well as post your own thoughts of what you would like.

Well I'm still playing OoT but I have discovered that my 3ds is one of the ones with this defect and I need to call nintendo to have them replace the top screen, luckily it is a manufacturers defect and covered by warranty but I think I am going to beat Zelda before I send it in to be fixed

In my opinion Fable 2 is the best of the series, number 1 is really good and 3 is meh, In other news I bought a 3ds and am playing Ocarina of Time right now, I never played the original but so far I am really enjoying it

So after someone has a certain number of upvotes they get a new ranking title right? well today I was thinking that with 16 being a number of so much cosmic importance that it would be cool if these ranks went up on multiples of 16. I know that it is such a small thing that it wouldn't even matter but it might be a neat little easter egg.
