Ok if it was Sky stuff that would explain the feeling since I’ve yet to do that. It’s a scene I knew I should have rewatched but didn’t for some reason or other. Id just like to take a moment and say how impressed I am with the cars in CB. They are more expressive than CS. I’ve seen station wagons and even cars with flames painted on. Hell the Mayor’s limousine even has neon wheel wells. I don’t recall seeing anything like this in CS.

Ok I’ve been watching Reins this whole time. CS4 stuff Still doing opening dialogue round. I’ve been busy with my son and my truck. It’s been something or another since Monday… Awwww I just ran into Ricky and Anton! Wasn’t expecting that pair in CB!

I ll have to consider getting a Steam Deck just to get Sky. I know I met Elies mom and I can’t remember her name now. I let the scenes of opening of ch 3 play out and I’m…truly terrified of the dialogue rounds in store for me with the extra characters surly to be in town.

Yes. Ch 2 stuff Going backwards seemed icky but I stuck with the reco instead of going with Reverie and I’m so glad I did. Getting the full story on this arc is working for me. Man I can’t wait until I see that tree from this side!!

Coming out of Geofront after talking to Jona. He has pointed me to Before I do that it’s dialogue round time. Got to appreciate the world building in these games even though some of these rounds drive me nuts to do.

Holy crap man that took me 2hrs and 41 minutes to get lucky enough to catch 5 eels.. By far that was the worst and hardest quest of this game. I’m so pissed off I need to recharge my Crossbell battery for a while so the Switch is OFF for now. NOT COOL!

Ok. I thought so! Im about to throw my joycons. I have to catch 5 eels for Shashann and it’s not going well at all. I can’t see myself getting bogged down with the mechanics of this one fishing wise like CS3&4 did. This is straight frustrating.. omg I’m so pissed off..I caught 1 eel my 1st cast and all this time has passed since then it’s only been a A Carp or a miss. Like wth this is beyond dumb. And I have to bring eel if I want the +5 bonus. Not doing so will see me not get top marks alone.. ugh I don’t want to do this for hours or god help me days trying for 4 more… omGOD! It’s been an hour and still only 1 eel!! I somehow got an eel last chapter I see so thankfully I only need 3 more..this should not be this hard! Am I missing something? I have to have that 5 dp.. this is turning into the hardest quest of the game for me. bruhhh 2 1/2 hours later I’m 1 eel away from being done with this nightmare quest!

Isn’t Randy’s love interest Mirllie? I remember someone being mentioned in CS but it’s kinda a quick thing iirc. This state wide dialogue rounds eat lots and lots of time.. I have to take breaks.

Guess I’m seeing the infamous Yin as I type this. Tell ya what though (but don’t tell me) for all the txt block telling me this is a black shrouded man it really feels like this is a woman… Ed I farmed so much sepit taking out hordes of Poms I’ve amassed quite a horde of funds. Went ahead and bought 2 of Imelda’s accessories. Will probably go ahead and get two more when able.. will stil have 25 K left and I still have over 3k left of the good sepith each I can exchange for more funds to keep the Mira cushion up. I’m likely way over the mark most people were at this point in the game.

Did alot of exploring this weekend while in handheld not having my tv. Son is back home so today I’ve been in Arc theatre.

Nice! I’ve been farming for u mats nonstop when I’m playing. Just got lucky enough with 3 kills with 200 Randy a 4th before it fled with 200 Lloyd. That was 120 something sepit!

They were so easy to take out in CS.. This been a big adjustment tactics wise for me and much jaw hanging at the ineffectiveness of my gang. Oh success on the Mainz path Poms. Used Elie’s shot to stun and got the good critical opening and there was 3 of them! Randy got it done at 200 cp one shoting them. 60xp 96 all sepith!

These Poms are ridiculously hard compared to CS. Like good luck getting more than one to stick around till death. Randy at full 200cp can’t even one shot them at current strength lvl and his is the best to hit multiple targets. Tio’s buster is amazingly strong for most enemies but only does about 150 at full 200. Lloyd can do big damage but only one at a time for his. I’m just trying to farm them today for u material and the nice sepith drops. Also very hard even from behind to get the preemptive. If I hit them on field they die at this point so no item drops that way.

Yeah I thought it was just because XC3 was more of a beast it was taking the juice out but this week I’ve brought it out with me while waiting on the methheads to make their rounds so I can study them and it’s the same rate. Just a few minutes of play and I ll be showing 93%. 20 minutes Im below 80%.

For years it’s been docked. Very rarely ever take it out till recently when I was doing XC3 and now CB when my son takes over my TV. It drains fast.

Really wish I had brought my Switch. Though I wouldn’t be able to play it long before it died. What kind of play length do y’all get out of yours? I think mine has battery issues. I’d be dead after an hour I think.

The light rays are fantastic. The waterfalls to on one of these roads. Time for some quest now. Dang man I forgot about St Ursula…ugh I guess that means Mainz to. I hate/love this. Also have I met Aeolia and Lynn in CS? Well that ends my session today.. up at ER with kids and ex wife.

Spent all night off and on getting back and passing where I was at originally and got access to the mine for some “training”. Today I haven’t pressed on yet but I regained my lvls and got one higher. Idk if it ll be a go tonight or tomorrow. I really like this whole detective angle. Its certainly different approach when doing quests over CS more military approach. When I get back to Crossbell I’ll have to go through Wendy’s explanation of the orbments. I’m totally lost on this game’s mechanics and I just skipped over it thinking it would be the same. I’m really missing the whole master quartz thing that’s for sure.. At a glance it seems to be some kind of addition system to unlock orbments.

Got to do several quests and monster scans over ugh. Erasing about 7 hours of gameplay. yea this blows.. down 2 lvls and out a poison quartz in my rush to get back to Mainz. Doubt I ll regrind those lvls. I just want to be back where I was at.
