17th Shard Staff Review: 2025 Edition

Hello Sharders, Cosmerenauts, Sanderfans of all numbers, Cytoversians, non-cosmere enjoyers, RPers, Dougs, and enjoyers of curious books!
It's that time of year again for our Staff Review. From 631 to WaT, it's been a full year of memery, theory crafting, and stories. Isles of the Emberdark is just around the corner, and the Ghostbloods counter is ticking up as we look forward to more adventures on Scadrial. 
We wanted to take this time to say thank you for being a part of our community, and to ask for feedback on your experience here over the past year.  What did you enjoy? What can we do better?
