Where are the dustbringers in RoW?

So in Oathbringer we know that the dustbringers are kinda evil and working for Taravangian. I read RoW and I don't remember them being a big part. I feel like they would be useful as a spy order of radiants. Or did Dalinar just throw them to the side because they were associated with Taravangian.

Apparently they sometimes don't obey Dalinar's orders, and..... that's about all we know, I think.

There was that Reshi king who became a Dustbringer that Lopen was trying to convince his...helper to tell him to talk to Dalinar.
