Jasna is OK to kill the Harards and nothing happens to her Spren
Whereas Kalidan helped to kill Elohkar and He almost killed Syl

What was Jasna's oath?

Elsecallers and Windrunners have different views of morality.

Windrunners are about protecting and leading people. They are very tied to their sense of honor ( they even bond honorspren). Honor is all about keeping your oaths. In kaladin's case he had two conflicting oaths and nearly killed syl. By overcoming his hatred and following his duty, he saved the bond

Elsecallers are more Machiavellian in their philosophy. They don't consider the first ideal to be against this. Brandon has said that elsecallers think of the whole of humanity as the journey

Different spren have different views on morality. What one spren hates, another might like.

Hope that answers your question

And this is the reason Inkspren and Honoursprens hate each other

Windrunners feel perfectly fine killing people.  In fact, a Windrunner COULD have killed the King, and justified it as protecting Roshar.

But he'd made an Oath to protect the King.  It was literally his job.  So when he ALSO made an Oath to help kill the King, it caused a rift.  He would have to break one of those oaths, and breaking oaths hurts the bond, particularly with Honor Spren.

Cryptics are different.  Shallan can break oaths left and right, as long as they aren't to her Spren.  We don't know what oaths Jasnah has to swear, but Honorspren are literally Spren of Oaths.  Oaths are all important to them.
