Moash/Vyre is the Broken One. Imagine a scenario where Dalinar kills Taravangian and the Shard of Odium is left without a Vessel. Because there is no Vessel, Vyres emotions are not held back, and flood back into him. Because he will have so many emotions raging inside him, he becomes the most qualified person on Roshar to be the new Odium. I think he qualifies as the Broken One because in ROW Renarin shows Moash the vision of him as a windrunner. He also shares a connection to Odium

Do you mean Broken One as in "Three of sixteen ruled, but now the Broken One reigns."? Because that's definitely a about Shard and not a person

Yes, but in the event that Taravangian dies, Vyre has the largest connection to Odium, since people view him as Odiums avatar and his pain is taken away, suggesting a big connection

Wouldn't one of the Unmade have more Connection to Odium? Or El? or one of the Nine?

The Unmade probably could not Ascend. And El and the Nine are not shown to be constantly in contact with the Shard the way Vyre is. iirc, Vyre's gift is unique among Odium's servants

Vyre isnt shown to be in constant contact with Odium though. Odium comments he can pull Vyre into a vision without the Everstorm, and if anyone has ROW,they can correct me on this, but during the early chapters,Odium was present in the meeting with the Nine where we first meet Raboniel(I love this name btw) and Odium communicates with the Nine in tones forbidden to anyone else in that room. So I dont think it's unique  to Vyre

I think you are forgetting that at the event of Taravangians death, Vyres emotion could be returned to him because of the shards death. But this point is not valid because we don’t know if Vyres emotions were returned when Rayse died.
