Cocoa
Marasi mentions getting delivery Terris food in AoL, so by Era 2 at the very least it seems to be its own distinct cuisine, but are we ever given any idea of what it's like? I haven't found anything in either the books or Word of Brandon, but I figure I might've missed something.
Weltall
We do have a WoB actually. Quote Kaymyth I also asked him about Terris food. Brandon Sanderson He said that he imagines it to be like Mediterranean food. He also allows that it could totally involve noodles. JordanCon 2016 (April 23, 2016) I'd kind of imagined something more Nepali or Tibetan based on their (original) environment but apparently not. Is THAT going to be who invents instant noodles for Hoid???
Weltall
I noticed that. I would not be surprised in the slightest to find out in Era 3 that instant noodles are a popular item first invented in the Terris enclaves. The planned protagonist for the era is supposed to be Terris and a computer programmer so her having a love of instant noodles would fit right in. I'm also quite certain that if we ask Brandon before then we'll get a RAFO. xD Edited September 28, 2021 by Weltall
