We know there was enough interbreeding for at least two distinct subspecies of Human to form that retain Singer Traits. 

Are there any Singers that retain Human traits?

Well that depends, are Horneaters and Herdazians human or Singer?

Not holding forms of power during the binding of Ba-ado-mishram should have been enough
