He took the glass of root beer carefully and took a sip, then coughed a bit into his coat. "It's been far too long since I've last drank of such a glorious beverage."

Denis, unintentionally, ignored her, still glorying over the root beer. "You know, where I come from, a friend of mine produced these by the masses."

Denise sat on the fancy “I’m the boss” chair in her office at the restaurant, talking with a supplier about possibly getting more pickles in stock sooner than planned. Her French lop, Oliver, sat on his little bed chewing some lettuce.

Hearing him say that, she inwardly smirked. She turned to him. "Yep. She said that they had lots of pickles, but someone shattered all the pickle jars."

Denise sighed. “Well, I just got off the phone with our food supplier. He informed me that they are all out of pickles until about a month from now. Unfortunately, an accident occurred and all of the pickles were destroyed. I may have to find a new supplier.” She rubbed her forehead before standing up and stretching. Well,” she continued. “Show me where they are.”
