Adillie walked into the room the others were eating, well had eaten they seemed nearly finished. There was a man with them that kind of fitted the descriptions of the Survivor

"Hello, I assume you're Eryn's... employer?"

I’m going to assume she says this after Zola introduces him, because there’s no reason for her to have guessed that before. His eyes and hands are hidden and she hasn’t met him.

"Huh. All right. So why do I have tin?"

The Survivor tilted his head slightly scanning her, his smile suddenly dangerous. “I am. Tell me, what would Saze do if your stores were to suddenly vanish?”

Adilie shrugged "I don't know, probably send me others"

You realize she doesn't need to compound to keep Marie under control, right? Just to add new orders

“And if she happened to escape you at that exact moment?”

"Probably either fuel my ferruchemy so I can recapture her or control her directly. Or something else I'm not thinking of"

Abruptly he smiled, his grin turning playful. “Good to know! And how are you enjoying working for him?”

Was he trying to see if he could recruit her or something? Well he could always try, both gods of this planet were jokes and he was definitely the worse one "I had a bad first day if I'm being honest."

"Wait - you had a bad first day?" Zola turned to face Adilie.

He has no interest in recruiting Adilie.

Eryn nodded. “Had to fight Marie. Foolish man attack her.”

Eryn shrugged. “Overreact. Tried kill him. Foolish man was doing prank. Not worth killing. Stopped her. Fine now.”

"All right. Thanks." But inwardly, Zola resolved to get the other side of the story.

Kelsier chuckled lightly. “Sounds like a fun beginning.”

”Would know,” Eryn noted. “Were watching.”

He shrugged. “You handled it. There was no reason for me to step in.”

"Wouldn't call it fun. Also we were attacked by a few people in a mine, which was not fun either"

Twice sat across from one of the inn's staff, just inside the building. He had been swindling the poor man ever since he'd run back to civilization. If the guy'd been good and gambling, maybe Twice would have... creatively used his gifts, but he didn't want the poor fellow to go broke. The man finally grumbled and tossed over some vials of steel, which Twice caught. Twice had already won over his pocket change, and the man was also a Coinshot. Strange that he hadn't gone into business as one. He probably would've made more money as a hired allomancer than what he was doing now, but Twice supposed... Maybe some people had the luxury of choosing their profession.

"A few people? No, there must have been at least twenty!"

"Let's not talk about that." She said it with a bit of panic in her voice. "I don't even want to think about it." She shuddered, remembering the spike... Wait a minute... The spikes! Yes! The perfect way to change the topic! "Eryn, do we still have those spikes?

Ladashwy blinked. "Not to use! Remember how we went to get a job, and the guy was spiked? Those are the spikes I'm talking about." Anything to keep the topic away from the... the incident.
