Unkept weeds on the side of the road are eaten by a herd of sheep and goats milling along and across a major road and blocking traffic while the shepherd demonstrates a total lack of care for the inconvenience he’s causing. Goats are milked to make cheese which Greeks mix with local spicy green peppers to make a cheese dip. This is eaten with a local spirit that tastes almost exactly like paint thinner. 1
