The mysterious shop (owner)

So, just to make sure: Has anyone any idea who the guy who (according to Kaladin's guesses) salvages stuff from battlefields, has some kind orf store in Urithiru and happens to have some personal items of Bridge 4 for sale could be?

Is it a worldhopper? Is it someone who knows things, due to Investiture or some connection to something? Someone special at all or more of a fourth wall character?

I have absolutely no clue. But I really want to know more.

I bet the dude is either that dragon that's kicking around Roshar, or a kandra. A kandra would make some sort of sense because of the Scadrial saying about the firepit that Wax references (If you want to know a man, look in his firepit or something) and a dragon could also make sense because there's a good chance any dragon that's offworld from Yolen can pick up on things other can't.

I agree though that there’s something going on. Seems weird he just happened to have the wooden horse Kaladin lost years ago

Maybe it's just a replica horse. Or maybe someone purposefully sold the horse to the person-who-had-the-wooden-horse (let's call them the merchant) or saw that the merchant had the horse and then tipped off Bridge 4 so that they went to check.

I have so many theories now, hmmm.

Okay, so the livestream confirmed that the shopowner themselves aren't significant but what happened to get the objects there was. Weird Connection stuff.
