Lashings Skybreakers do

Given what we learn in Rhythm of War can we conclude that only Windrunners can do a Reverse Lashing, because it needs a combination of Gravitation and Adhesion?

I believe so. It's always seemed that way to me, that it was a separate thing from normal lashings and only shared a name because Windrunners wanted it to be consistent.

And also to rub it in with the Skybreakers that there was a Lashing they couldn't do.
