We're not really supposed to discuss the books with any depth in the intro topics, it's more of a meet-and-greet, ask favorites (and least favourites), other authors, occasional riddles. You should pose the question on the forum proper in Cosmere Q&A or the Rhythm of War spoiler board. Here's a non-serious (or is it actually non-serious?) answer to your question. Maya will say the words and heal herself and learn to summon Adolin as a Shardblade! Adolin will be very confused about this development but very supportive.
