Well, it's only technically isn't. I try to keep the important things in my mind, but we do need an official member for that! We don't have one yet because no one likes paperwork. I'll edit the OP in a moment.

I don't exactly like paperwork, but I'm actually fairly good at it. Normally.

Hmm... This position seem to be empty indeed. I think this should be in the Entertainment division. Now I only need to think of what the ninth color of the visible spectrum is. Anyway, I guess you're welcome to the crew! Though I still need to think of the usefulness in having an entertainment division.

Well, you are welcome to the crew! Now I'm afraid I'm going to ask you some questions. First, why are you following me? It is not required of crew members to follow me - I discourage that, actually. You can ask Tesh. Second, why are you interested in joining the crew? You see, I've started to worry about the growth of the crew approximately around the fifth member, and the crew is inactive anyway, so I'd like to hear your reasons.

1. I follow basically everyone. It is like a reflex to everyone I encounter.

Oh dear. Sorry. First, this crew is practically dead - whether it's my fault or the crew members' fault, doesn't really matter - and besides, I prefer this crew to be ordered.

Then again, chaos is sometimes important, so maybe I should accept you. But if so, I'll probably have to accept Luke, too. It's not his fault that I only allow people who RP with me to join the crew. (There are exceptions of this law, but most of the crew RPs with me at least in one game.)

Nono, I'm in charge of the chaos means no one else can make chaos, which makes it overall more orderly. And chaos can be orderly, it just has to be chaotically orderly. Unless it doesn't. You never know with chaos.

Well, you addressed the chaos problem. The problems of this crew being dead and of me resisting new recruits still stand. Though I might reconsider... If I'll see a good solution to the death of the crew. So sorry, but I probably won't accept you.

I really want to revive this crew, but I cincerely don't believe that it's possible. Sorry.

Ahem!

As your crewleader, I have a proclamation to make.

As you surely have noticed, the crew is mostly disbanded, though unofficially. It appears that the old crew members don't take much interest in what's going on with it. And so, after a long time pondering it (who am I kidding, it was just a few minutes), I decided to make it official, I.E., to disband the crew.

Now, now, I know it seems like a hasty move, and the SEFBM will surely rejoice at the loss of the only force to oppose them, but I see no other choice. Though I do intend to offer a replacement of sorts for the crew.

You see, it occured to me that in some ways, the crew was really not much different from a reading group, with a little RPing on the side, perhaps. If you wish, we can start over with this concept guiding us, and maybe it'll actually work.

I'd like to hear if anyone is interested in joining a reading group. Keep in mind that digging for the ideas that hide behind the story will still be a thing, and the SEFBM might be, too (at least, if counselor will join). I'll leave it to Counselor to think about his magic system, though - I think that side half-RPing will do better sticking to the original magic systems. The offer to join is open to everyone, whether or not they were originally part of the crew.

Whether or not this idea takes wing, the crew is disbanded. I'll erase the member list from my signature soon, and will consider creating a new thread for the reading group, depending on whether or not anyone will be interested.
