Resurrected Posted October 20, 2020 Posted October 20, 2020 I felt like the description of Benneh in Chapter 16 was a little too familiar to a certain lanky people from Scadrial. I could be remembering Terris characteristics incorrectly or this could just be a coincidence. Thoughts?

Karou she/her Posted October 22, 2020 Posted October 22, 2020 I had a similar thought but then I realized the description more specifically reminded me of a eunuch rather than a Terrisman. The Terrisman we're most familiar with just happens to be both.
Mason Wheeler Posted October 23, 2020 Posted October 23, 2020 The distinguishing mark of a Worldhopper seems to be that the person looking at them can't quite tell what ethnicity they are. We've seen that many times, so it seems like something Brandon is doing deliberately as a bit of a wink and a nod to the fans. It doesn't look like he's done that with Benneh.
