Oh no please don't make me read the entire FotT backlog!

Watching with interest, Rakushta pipes up, asking "What is this "Sel" like?"

At the town down the hill from the castle? Also, I was the last one to post.

Sounds good.

Ayia grabbed a couple small metal slates from (you guessed it) seemingly nowhere. After doing some fancy-schmancy wizard hand stuff, the slates weaved themselves into a ball. Said ball floated up into the air, then opened a portal to Sel just beneath it.

"I guess you'll just have to find out."

Andante stepped lightly out of the portal onto a dirt street in the center of a small town. She took in the area, noting the castle upon the hill; and then turned with a smile to the townspeople, who were staring dully at the portal, although not without some curiosity. "'Scuse me, where is this?"

"You--you're in Fellville." One of the townsfolk said hesitantly. "Not far from the Capital?"

"Thanks."

Rakushta looks around. Average world- not detecting any sort of gravity changes or other odd effects. Medieval tech, non-macrocosmos aware. Seeming to be dominated by one centralized empire, unless some jumped up king decided to claim his center of power was the capital C Capital.

"Wherever the Fellowship is. I'm sure I could find them... where's somewhere Fadran would be?" She glanced around, then set her eyes on a nearby forest. "Trees."

"Does this... Fadran like trees?"

"I was joking."

"Before we continue any further, can we get an explanation for all this? What's this war you mentioned? Who's Fadran?
