I'd establish equal education, Upgrade transport systems, Move towards renewable energy, Establish widespread access to clean water. 

I'd invest in low income areas, allowing them to evolve. I'd establish international databases that allow people to find jobs, and regulate companies like google.

I'd do what is best for the people of the world.

Also, why do you hate fishsticks specifically so much? Why not people eating fish in general? Is it because some obnoxious little kid put a piece of fishstick on a hook when fishing and you ate it, not realizing what it was, then you hear the kid laughing and saying, "Mommy, this fish is a cannibal!" Because if so, it is likely that I was that little kid. (not really, although I have made a turkey a cannibal before.)
