Lunamor she/her Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 The big toe, I guess? It probably is the one that helps with balance the most. Do you still call Grogu Baby Yoda?
Ravenclawjedi42 Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 No. I never did, actually, as he isn’t Yoda, they just happen to both be of the same species. What is your favorite type of tea?
Lunamor she/her Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 I like southern sweet tea. Coffee or tea?
The cheeseman Don't you dare go Hollow! Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 Hot chocolate. D&D 5e or Pathfinder 2e?
Faerie Braids she/her Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 I love D&D 5e to death, but have never played Pathfinder 2e. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate?

My big toes tie for first--I'm an Irish dancer, and we use 'em a lot. To be fair, though, I wouldn't want to lose any of my toes, because I need the other eight for stability when I'm dancing. Edit: What the heck? How do I keep missing the last page of the thread?! Aaack! In regards to the chocolate question I was supposed to answer, I like all three a lot, but dark chocolate is the one I go for most often. What is your favorite drink for chilly weather? If you don't live somewhere where it gets cold, what is your favorite drink for hot weather? 2nd Edit: I also think it's hilarious that the folks who created this last page of the thread went the exact same direction I did with the drinks... Edited February 6, 2024 by Ookla Missed the last page of the thread. *Slow headshake* 1
aetherbound he/him Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 Apple cider is actually better than hot cocoa. Who is the worst Cosmere character in your opinion?
The cheeseman Don't you dare go Hollow! Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 Moash. What is your favorite color?
Lunamor she/her Posted February 6, 2024 Posted February 6, 2024 Blue. Have you tried pretzels with ranch dip? (You should if you haven’t, it’s way better than it sounds!)
Faerie Braids she/her Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 I have not, but I don't really like crisp pretzels, and dough pretzels seem like they would not go as well with ranch dip. When the Stormlight Archive (and the Cosmere in general) is eventually adapted to film, would you prefer it to be live action or animation?
Eluvianii he/him Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 I'll be happy with either but probably animation for logistic purposes. If they go for the whole thing it will be a long process. Brandon is a machine and it will still take most if not longer than his entire life to write it. Can you imagine producing an adaptation? And some of the characters will appear for a large chunk of the thing (not to mention Hoid). People keep their voices longer than their looks so the same actor could keep the same role for potentially decades without worrying about age, and presumably less commitment than what would be a buffed up version of an MCU contract if it was live action. Plus, if any of them die, it's easier to find someone who can imitate the voice than someone who matches voice, looks, and acting. Bit worrying that we already know Brandon is of the opposite opinion but let's see how it turns out. You get a magic self-writing book. It knows you and your tastes, it can write a story you like, and it will write the longest, best, and most satisfying story you'll ever read. What's the genre? (to be less abstract about it, I guess the question is, if you have before you what is guaranteed to be your favorite story ever, and you know it's long-form, what genre would you like it to be?) 1
RoyalBeeMage he/him Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 Ooh very very long super high fantasy with no cleshes a ton of worldbuildind, awesome hard magic system. Maybe a small drop of dark fantasy and a little drop of romance favorate character in the name of the wind?
Robin Sedai she/her Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 Probably Kvothe. He's a bit of a Mary Sue, but despite that I love his story and narrative voice. You can only eat one kind of fruit for the rest of your life. Which kind do you pick?
RoyalBeeMage he/him Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 raspberries or strawberries. on that note raspberries or strawberries?
Robin Sedai she/her Posted February 8, 2024 Posted February 8, 2024 I'm not a massive fan of either tbh, but I'll go with strawberries. If you and a bunch of friends got together and formed a band, what would it be called and what kind of music would you play?
Lunamor she/her Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 It’d be called Why Did We Do This and it would play “music”. Calling it anything more would be a stretch. (I used to play piano and cello but it’s been years) Do you like snakes?
Wittles he/him Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 Yup. Snakes are cool. They're all slithery and scaly How do you feel about fungus?
Lunamor she/her Posted February 9, 2024 Posted February 9, 2024 He can be a pretty fungi at parties. What is the perfect temperature for drinking water?

Lunamor she/her Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 Uh… a big one? Sweet or sour candy?
The Honorable Musician he/him Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 (edited) Sweet, definitely. Um, this might be a stupid question. How is mitosis? Edited February 10, 2024 by The Cowardly One
Lunamor she/her Posted February 10, 2024 Posted February 10, 2024 Mitosis is appreciative that someone finally bothered to ask how it is instead of what it is. C-3P0 or R2-D2?
Robin Sedai she/her Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 (edited) R2-D2 because it looks like a little saltshaker. In your opinion, who is the most talented writer of the twenty-first century? (So excluding anyone who started writing professionally before 2001.) And no naming Brandon. Edited February 12, 2024 by Robin Sedai
That1Cellist he/him Posted February 12, 2024 Posted February 12, 2024 Fine. It's in the wild and free because the SOS chain wouldn't give me the shiny. What song have you been listening too?
